I’ve spent so long covering Taimane’s music since I was 19 as well…I’m now 25 and it’s so nice to find someone else out there who’s figured it out! You have a fluidity to your fingers that I don’t!
...difficult song, excellent playing - somebody walks into the room - she keeps on playing - somebody flips boxes (??) from one side to the other - she keeps it up with tune and rhythm - somebody asks sth irrelevant (??) - she turns her head, smiles, keeps on playing - somebody makes some more noise somewhere in the BG, then leaves - she finishes her song, as if nobody ever disturbed - this is the power of music over the uncontrollable annoyance of general life - only real artists accomplish! I am impressed and inspired! Please never stop playing and cheers (and thanks for the music) 💟💫🌍🎯☮
You rock! You even turn your head and look at whoever interrupts without missing a beat. I'm a big Taimane fan and just started playing uke too. I was a goth at your age (old enough to be your grandma now). You have a great deal of natural talent and I hope you upload a lot more. Sub to make sure I don't miss it when you do.
SO friggin awesome you inspiring me!! How long have you been playing? How long did it take you to make this? your essence is wonderful btw you are gorgeous!!!!!!!!!
i started playing around 7ish years ago,, i can't remember how long this specific song took me to learn though.. a TON of practice omg. thank you so much!!!!
Beautifully played! Even tho I'm not a fan of ukulele, I watched this several times already (and about to do come back here in the future as well haha!). Big respect for Your skills! :) Also, I just love Your style (and uku)! So artsy! Keep going, beautiful goth uku Mona Lisa lady! 🦇 ♡

that's a dope looking uku, what's up with the bottom strings are they octave pairs like a mandolin?
yes! normally it's strung with a low G and a high G, but these are both low Gs
