You're very wrong. Big cats only do "true" roars or growls when they're angry, so every sound a tiger makes is not a roar or growl. The sound lions make are for calling other lions or displaying territorial dominance, tigers do a similar thing though it's slightly different and less rapid. So other big cats are capable of roaring, not just one.
