Sex on the Job

The plaintiff says he owns buildings in Chicago and hired the defendant to work on one of the units. He claims he caught the defendant having sex on the job, so he’s suing him for breach of contract and stolen property. The defendant says he and the plaintiff used to hit the bars together and pick up women. He’s countersuing for lost wages and emotional distress.
