The yellow flowering brassica is CANOLA, and after this it quickly became one of my favourite foragables for snacking. It is widely cultivated in the north-west of France and seems pretty well spread along the water. The buds and flowers are refreshing and tasty :) I still didn’t figure out what the first one mentioned is.
