Great idea with very interesting results. I might be inclined to remove the lamppost on the platform as it could be viewed as a bit of a distraction; personal taste however!
Another very enjoyable video Andrew . Impressive video editing skills and the final image results are well worth all the planning, effort and work that went into them. Keep them coming.
Those photos I wasn't expecting as the end results but they are brilliant but had a lot of movements of the Class 68s and steam locomotives. Even some of the transitions during the video were epic as well. Great video
Many thanks, Simon, I'm pretty lucky having such variety through the local station. I'm glad your were entertained and liked the final result, not knowing how the year would work out was all part of the fun I guess.
Great stuff, Andrew!! Very clever and enjoyable video. That guy in the white shirt waving at the trains was in a perfect position when he photobombed your shots. 🤣🤣🤣 How about trying the same idea at Ribblehead? Now, that would be a challenge - what could possibly go wrong?
Lovely video, great idea and well presented. I really enjoyed this but to my eyes I can only really see winter and summer in the final compositions - perhaps not enough contrast in the trees and their leaves..? Maybe also get some daffodils in there and how about a mix of people somehow with different seasonal clothing on? But looking forward to next years compositions already, and you've inspired me to possibly have a go myself.
Many thanks, yes, its one of the things I discovered, I could do to find a location that has some seasonal flowers as well as trees, just awaiting for some snow again!
Hi Andrew, fourth one for me and like the third one the footprints in the snow leading to you waving is really good. Well conceived and presented. How about four seasons, as this is, but the point of focus is you taking an image in the same position each time?
Its been 6 months since you have uploaded a video, hope everything is okay with you. I really hope you get back to uploading again, I miss your videos.
Many thanks Steven, I've had plenty of distractions over the last 12months, some good some bad, I'm planning to get out again with a new series of videos over the winter - watch this space.
Many thanks, Ian, I've had a few distractions over the last 12months, some good some bad, watch this space - there'll be a new series of videos over the winter.
Andrew one word, brilliant
Many thanks Keith.
Lovely video's of the four seasons spot on
Many thanks, Graham, I do appreciate that.
That’s a cracking video, really enjoyed that, nice one.
Many thanks indeed, I enjoyed putting this one together.
Great idea with very interesting results. I might be inclined to remove the lamppost on the platform as it could be viewed as a bit of a distraction; personal taste however!
Many thanks Chris, I discovered quite a few things that I'd change with the composition. but after the first shot I was committed to the rest.
What a great idea, and such a clever video!
Many thanks, Jim, I did enjoy putting this together.
Great idea, brilliant video
Many thanks, I do appreciate that.

Another very enjoyable video Andrew . Impressive video editing skills and the final image results are well worth all the planning, effort and work that went into them. Keep them coming.
Many thanks, Rob, I'm hoping to get out again soon, time is too limited at the moment.
WOW what a vid that was
Thank you John.
Well done on you seasons project, it produced some interesting results. I look forward to your 2nd attempt.
Many thanks Peter, lets see if any snow arrives, not had anything this winter.
Brilliant filming Andrew as always thank you for sharing. Especially the class 68
Many thanks, really appreciated.
Great video as always, Andrew! Great idea too...
Many thanks, it was an enjoyable one to do.
Lovely video Andrew and a great idea . My favourite was the Class 68 .
Cheers Kev
Glad you enjoyed it, I’m missing those 68’s already.
Recently discovered you're channel and love the content, shame it's stopped 11 months ago, have you moved onto different projects?
Many thanks, thanks for watching, paused rather than stopped, I'll be back in 2025 (too many distractions in 2024)

Good to see this reply. I’ve been wondering if you’re ok for a while.
@@AndrewShentonbrilliant, really miss your videos, I look out for your images on the Phoenix Railway Society 👍
Brilliant and entertaining, shame you didn’t capture the 37’s on the RHTT
Many thanks, pity, yes, the 37's were a phone grab and I didnt have my camera gear, I didn't manage to get back for a shot in daylight.
By heck Andrew its all clever stuff that you are doing these days. As always great little video and some good end results.
Many thanks, I’m pleased you liked the end results.
absolutely stunning, I might do this for 2025
Great idea, I'll have to wait until 2025 now, there's been no snow the past winter.
Great Video the last shot is my favorite too
Many thanks, appreciated.
Hi Andrew, great video, Photo 4 was the favourite
Cheers from Andrew in Ottawa Canada 🇨🇦 originally from the Uk
Many thanks, really appreciate that.
Great video Andrew. The results look great. Also, don't those 68s sound fantastic. Sad to see them go from TPexpress service.
Many thanks Robert, the 68's do look and sound fantastic, a sad loss with this weekends withdrawal from TPE work.
Great idea , they're all excellent Andrew . Did you choose one particular season to shoot the locomotives or did you mix them ??
many thanks, I reviewed all the photos at the end and decided on what I could merge together best.
Many thanks, I'd love to get up to to Ribblehead, not been that way for a while. This idea will have to wait until next year, no snow this year.

Many thanks, Peter, I'm glad I experimented with this one, learnt many things if we ever get snow again.
What happened to you're content Andy? hope everything is ok

So good to hear from you, Andrew. I must admit I was getting a bit worried about you. Hope you're well. I look forward to your next video.
