- Happy Christmas everybody! This year we decided to do an old French Christmas carol called Pat-a-pan (originally "Guillô, Pran Ton Tamborin", or "Willie, Take Your Little Drum"), circa 1700. The song revolves around the players of a fife (a small high-pitched flute-like instrument) and a drum, and the lyrics "tu-re-lu-re-lu" and "pat-a-pat-a-pan" mimic the sounds of these instruments.
Fife: Pasha ( galushkopp, / galushkopp )
Drum: Olya ( kuldinao)
Xylophone: Inna ( innayarantseva)
Mandolin: Yura ( yura.lytkin)
Filmed with a Canon 60d + Canon 35mm
Recorded with a Zoom H6 and a MicMe.
You folks are great! This is the kind of thing families and friends used to do at the Christmas holidays -- gather together and sing and make music. Love the furry golden child being included, as well... 🔥💛🔥
Great performance thanks to you all.
Spectacular! Thank you for the joy and music!
I've listened to about 40 different versions, and this is the best one!
There's that dog again! Where do you find all these extraordinary young musicians?
Wonderful. You show love. Feel it even watching your recording. Special moment, blessings and hopes for y’all to have many more. Merry Christmas 💚💚💚♥️♥️♥️

I’m playing this at my concert for band and it’s pretty cool but I am the background but I’m fine with that
I played this song in 6th grade
По-русски это звучало бы ещё лучше, с праздниками!
