I am from Middle East I converted my religion. When my family learned they beat me, took my phone, laptop, bible etc. And locked me in a room for 1.5 years! I was just a 9 months old believer. When I was sitting in the room I prayed and said I don't have my Bible, my believer friends etc. how can I continue my faith? And I heard Holy spirit said I can come in this room! To all those who say 'I'm not a religious person but............' I was just the same as you for 40 years. I'd listen and be moved by these great pieces of music without ever really wondering why. One day, all that changed and my life was transformed overnight. I'd say to you all, seek Emmanuel while you can. Fullness of God in a child, given for you. When that reality touches your heart, you'll never be the same. Bless you all.
Beautifully written....yes seek Him while He's still to be found. When Emmanuel touches our deepest wounds, He transforms us and we are new creations in Christ Jesus. Glory to our king.
Bless you. My aunt was a great musician. Years ago, she rejected Jesus. Now, she lay on her deathbed continually kicking off the covers and complaining of the heat. It's absolutely heartbreaking. I pray she will have a lucid thought and remember these songs and the simple gift of salvation.
I'm not exactly a religious person, haven't been to church in years, and yet hearing this song gave me the clearest image from my childhood of walking into church on a cold winter morning with my grandparents. Sometimes nostalgia hits you like a freight train. I just sat and cried for a minute or two, recalling old memories with them. Thank you for this song.
You don’t find a cellist like this every day. His bowing is impeccable, his notes flawless. He’s technically perfect, but plays with so much emotion it’s as if he’s playing it straight from his heart. A cello is a beautiful thing, but what is it without someone like this to make music on it?
Woke up this morning at 3:50 am. This song was in my mind and on my heart. Anxiety over bills unpaid, bills due yesterday when the pay check is still over a week away, wouldn’t allow me to sleep. Kept hearing this song in my head and came across this rendition. OMG! The more I listen, the lighter the load becomes. Thank you Emmanuel! Thank You Piano Guys! I know everything is going to be alright!
Praying for you Angela, we are in the same situation.... I read 3 Nephi 13 Yesterday (Matthew 6) just by happenstance, and it seemed to calm my nerves.
I, too, could not sleep because of anxiety. Awoke at 4:30 A.M. and couldn't get back to sleep. Went on fb and a dear friend had posted this. So beautiful and calming! I pray that all things work out for you, Angela. I understand, believe me! Merry Christmas!
Thank you my savior Jesus. You saved me from hep c, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, lung cancer and many mishaps in my life. Your mercy is unfathomable. I love you Jesus.
You have an irrefutable testimony to God's love. Sorry for all your pain but clearly you were brought into God's family as an example His great salvation. Soon you will be with Him in person and so will I. Great reward for trusting His promised salvation.
So well said Ian. I had to copy/paste and post this on my FB page, including your beautiful comment. It's short, simple, and says it all! Thank you and Merry Christmas.
+1StarProductions I would invite you to learn more about the other cultures around you. A simple Google search shows many many examples of beautiful art and music inspired by those who follow the teachings of the prophet Muhammad.
+Joe KPS and you can find examples of violence and war in the old testament to rival the Qur'an. Trying to say that the birth of Muhammed brought only violence is simply ignorant.
+MatriumCauthon i agree with both statements but from my point of view Jesus' birth did not inspire war it expired a conquest of thoughts and ideas about religion not of war.
It really can’t. There are some renditions of other classical holiday songs that are on par with this, but nothing written in the last fifty years can compete in any way, Christian or Catholic.
There aren't too many arrangements that really capture the longing in this tune... this one captures it beautifully. A comfort in such dark times. Have listened on repeat this season.
It brought tears to my eyes. And I sat praying for His Jewish people in their hour of trial, to Come, Come soon my Lord. This sad and sorry world needs YOU! I need you. And yet it seems we watch what must play out! Still my prayer is “Maranatha, come soon!” Thy will be done! There is a beginning, a middle and an end to things. A time You will make all things new and heal what only you, our God, can heal and mend. Come soon!
Don’t associate this beautiful piece to your Jewish community please. We are people from all around the world with different religions listening to this!
@@glennericksenmusic Is the original Jesus returning? No, the guy has been dead for thousands of years. Is the son of God as the metaphor, how it should be taken, returning? Also no, he already walks among us, several of him, but few listen to his words. Most are willingly deaf to words that would make the world better, many keep searching for them as the air echoes their sound.
As someone who usually listens to heavy metal, I am not ashamed to say that this song is absolutely beautiful. I honestly don't have the words to describe it. These guys deserve a medal for such an amazing composition as this.
I like the Marty Goetz "Festivals of Lights" version of this song: O Come, O Come, Emmanuel performed by Marty Goetz Album: Festivals of Light O come, O come Emmanuel and ransom captive Israel That mourns in lonely exile here Until the Son of God appears O come thou Dayspring Come and cheer our spirits by thine advent here Disperse the gloomy clouds of night And death's dark shadows put to flight Rejoice, rejoice Emmanuel Shall come to thee O Israel O come, Emmanuel, your people cry Be God with us, Messiah, Adonai Yes come, and all your children bless And turn us from our sins to righteousness! Rejoice, rejoice! Emmanuel shall come to thee, O, Israel Rejoice, rejoice Emmanuel has come to thee O Israel.
11 years ago?? I'm so glad I finally found this. I always loved these guys as musicians and entertainers (putting pianos in such fantastic settings), but this is really beyond anything I remember them playing before. I just want it on repeat all day. :)
I’m a musician.. I “feel” every note, crescendo.. De crescendo.. I’ve listened to various versions of this art piece. Still, I’m not moved as I have been with you “piano guys”.. I’m swept up into your musical masterpiece
A song I remember from my childhood, the old people of the church sitting around in a low cottage, singing this song in the local language, is just melodically engraved in my mind. I am from China.
"I will dwell in them and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people" Corinthians 6:16 We are bound by a love so great that the only way we could miss it is if we refuse to see it, these are moments where he is angry but more sad then we could ever imagine. We have had a father who began time with us already in his mind, who wishes nothing more then to love us and share eternity with us. All that is required of us is that we recognize it and choose to love. The two greatest commandments are simple "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:30-31 We are children of god, heirs to the infinite. All the rest falls away in the span of eternity but these things remain, thank you, wherever two or more gather after all, God is with us and has blessed us.
“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27 🤲🏽🕊
Back in December 1968 we sang this piece a cappella during our high school Christmas concert. I am still deeply moved by this piece and I plan to sing it in church for Christmas Eve 2022.
Christmas is wonderful yet there is sadness. I miss my son. He passed away 3 years ago tragically. I still cry, but I’m so thankful to the Lord that I know I’ll see him again!
Oh Judy, I’m sorry. He’s close and loves you. May his spirit feel close to you this Christmas season and may the light of our everlasting God fill your heavy heart and may His light fill your home.
I wrote to this very song a blog regarding the humble and lowly birth of Jesus Christ. That is what my heart feels and sees, a babe and mother in a lowly manger on a dirt floor. Humble beginnings to teach of humility through grace. Beautiful rendition, it needs no words!
Of all the Christmas songs, this one has always felt the most Holy Spirit inspired. Playing it with a piano and violin in the Holy Land makes it even more inspiring. I listen to the masterpiece every year. And please come, Emanuel!
I am in love with this for the longest! I sang it around my home all the time. Jesus is in the heart NOT in the season. Lovely music for the King if Kings!!!- blessings
yes, He really and truly is not in the season, but I am so thankful that we can appreciate these words all year round, not be bound by days, buth rather enjoy Him as Emanuel, God with Us, in all situatiins, circumstances, as such a supplying One of grace, mercy, strength....even in the midst of suffering.
Interesting, I just sent this song to my oldest son who loves this song as much as I do, regardless of the season or time of year. You are so right about Jesus being in our heart. Thank you for sharing your witness of Jesus Christ.
May you know the unconditional love of the LORD JESUS Christ, the Saviour of the world and all that he has done for you on the Cross at Calvary. He so freely gave His life so that we would all have life everlasting with Him. Please repent of your sins and make your peace with Him if you have not already done so. GOD Bless you.
I've heard of instances where an atheist has been so moved by the beauty of music that they decided there must indeed be a God. This is that kind of music!
+PawsAnd Claws ....music has the ability to touch someone on a deep, foundational level. I've heard of instances where an atheist, who previously thought we are just a fancy glob of sophisticated cells, became convinced that there must be a God because of the intense beauty of music. I'm not saying this is something that will happen to every atheist, but I believe the concept to be plausible.

+PawsAnd Claws ........so what's true for you is obviously true for every other human being on the planet? Everyone's mindset is different and the things that may affect one person on a core level are gonna be different for someone else.
+PawsAnd Claws. I Believe the Nazis kept many alive simply because they could play beautifully, it is a sad fact that you do not need a god or even a good heart to appreciate the wonder that is music :(
Thank you, I could feel God in your notes you played. Something I was missing this Christmas. Thank you from the bottom of my heart that you both have filled. Please a CD so I never forget.
This arrangement is so beautiful. For me, music is the way that I feel God's love most deeply. I have lost 3 loved ones this year, along with many other struggles involving relationships, etc. I am ready for Christ to reign again, for He will reign in peace. I am moved to tears almost every time I hear this song, because the people of Israel were praying for their Messiah. And then, He came. And they were filled with immense joy. The end of this song expresses that joy, and I CANNOT WAIT to feel that feeling, when Christ wraps His arms around me, and I can be filled with the light of Christ. Merry (early) Christmas!! 💕
I wasn't sure whether I would be able to endure my illness for much longer. My mind was weakening. And this song sung like it was from the heavens. The heavens had opened to rescue me and given me a reason to live.
That is because it is for Heaven. God is the creator of music and he is the original Musician. Music is Eternal for it exists outside of of time. So that is why music is one of the most important methods of worship. When you listen to music (good music like this not music like the ones that sing bad words and violence) you get a glimpse of heaven and everlasting life. That is why we get lost in music. Praise God that you are feeling better
I absolutely love this song! One of my favorite Christmas songs. And I love this cover of it as well! It givers me goosebumps to listen to it. Still listening in 2024.
Listen to music about Almighty God ALWAYS. He is supremely valuable above all things, ask Him to shine that truth in every moment you breathe and ten thousand years after this life has left you.
O come, O come, Emmanuel, And ransom captive Israel, That mourns in lonely exile here, Until the Son of God appear. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel. O come, Thou Rod of Jesse, free Thine own from Satan's tyranny; From depths of hell Thy people save, And give them victory o'er the grave. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel. O come, Thou Dayspring, from on high, And cheer us by Thy drawing nigh; Disperse the gloomy clouds of night, And death's dark shadows put to flight. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel.
I lost my mom this September and this song gets me every time. I firmly believe a day will come that we will be together again...I am not afraid to die....its living that's hard.
Oh, sweet person, you are so right! "Emmanuel," our Messiah, came 2,019-ish years ago, lived a perfect life, made it evident He was Deity -- equal with God, God in man's skin -- and after He died He rose again. Without question, if you follow Him since He's still alive (obviously, because God is eternal; He created time so He had to exist outside of time), you will be assured of the fact you will be in the most beautiful place imaginable and be reunited with the ones you love and lost. Jesus is all about putting broken things back together! I hope this encourages you. I know how you feel. My heart goes out to you. Please contact me via my screen name -- it's my email address also -- if you need someone to talk to, someone to encourage you.
if gods and souls really exists.... i pray to god...may her soul RIP... we all are bound to die one day....till that time try to live ur life to its fullest...may god bless u.....

I am an asian and unlike many here I never heard of this song in schools, and first came across it when I was searching for Christmas music last December. I dont know much about the backstory but strangly tears well up when violin/piano start - its a rare combination of deep sadness and hopeful joy all mixed together, and a kindness beyond words. Thanks for sharing it !
This song is about a man longing for God. It is about Jesus, who is Emmanuel or “God with us.” It of both great sadness and great joy. You are right. And Jesus loves you ❤
. Your reply...brought sweet tears...you gave Jinwei7645 the details that show this music's inception is of God's timelessness, creating every medium for His will. As a senior, I am greatful for you and this contibution.
Look for Jupiter (blue) and Saturn (yellow) low on the western horizon at sunset on December 21st. They will be in conjunction with each other for the first time since the year 1200, and they will be extremely bright. Such a conjunction between Saturn and Jupiter made the Bethlehem Star, which led the Three Wisemen to Bethlehem.
I will remain curled at your feet covered in your precious priceless sacrifice for what I can not ever fathom...your love for my soul. You brought me through the times satan thought he was taking--me-OUT😢 from death, from domestic abuse, from myself. You have turned my mourning into dancing, my sorrows into JOY! I shall dwell in the house of our Lord FOREVER❤❤❤❤
Most people don’t realize this actually isn’t a “christmas” song. It’s actually a 1710 hymn praising our Adonai and about His return! 🙏🏼🔥🕊✝️ it’s one of my most favorite old hymns. “O come, O come, Emmanuel, And ransom captive Israel, That mourns in lonely exile here, Until the Son of God appear. Rejoice! O come, Thou Key of David, come And open wide our heav'nly home; Make safe the way that leads on high, And close the path to misery. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel. O come, Adonai, Lord of might, Who to Thy tribes, on Sinai's height, In ancient times didst give the law In cloud and majesty and awe. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel.”
Veni Veni Emmanuel dates to the 8th or 9th century. The music here, or the English translation, might only date to the early 18th century, but the original words are much older.
My father's favorite he is dancing with the angels as we speak. Thank you dad for the gift of music je t aime❤️. My heart aches not having you around, hugging me and telling me everything is going to be ok. I am sorry about the pain, isolation during Covid.
2020.....ooh boy! I love this performance. I have it on my playlist and listen to it frequently. I remember listening to it at work during Christmas time. Things have sure changed since then. Beautiful song but it is quite sad and ominous as well. Sad because of missed opportunities for knowing the messiah who came. All the lost souls in the world today unaware of the love of the messiah and the judgment ahead. Ominous because He comes again to judge a wicked and perverse world. He will indeed comfort Israel but the path that lies ahead is painful. "Oh Jerusalem, how often I would have gathered you as a hen gathers her chicks but you would not. Therefore your house is left unto you desolate until you say 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord '".
This was my late husband's favorite hymn for Advent. He died 3 years ago and I still miss him. He bought your CD with it, but thank you for this video. It is beautiful.
love this song and hymn, brings me to tears.. I am sinful, i will admit.. thank you Jesus for always loving me even tho its hard to love myself at times..
Self-love is a day-to-day, moment -to-moment thing/it builds but it takes time! By His precious blood you are redeemed and always remember, you are worthy!
Often one big reason for wrongdoings happening is because often when we make a decision, we have a few seconds and one chance. I am very thankful for the times that I have been respected with that. I am grateful for Jesus and God making divine decisions.
We are all sinners because we are only human. We walk in the light of Jesus to ask forgiveness. Never has HE turned anyone away. Have faith and you will see although we are not perfect, we are still the creations of the Almighty. Amen to you and best wishes.
Your comment moved me to tears equal to this piece of music which has always been a personal favorite. I worked for 20 years as a psychologist in locked facilities and in psychiatric music also had an incredible positive healing effect. Reading your comment is the best possible gift I could receive this winter. Reading your words I was reminded of the "tribe that gets it" regarding kindness and compassion. Thank you and may you be blessed eternal.
In high school, sophomore year, my men's choir sang this piece. That was December 1967. That's a good memory. My high school can't celebrate Christmas anymore...too many naysayers. How fortunate we were back then. Piano Guys - I have never heard this piece performed with more passion. You two have a gift. Thank you for sharing.
This is Gods heart song :) He longs to bring Israel to His Holy Will, the acceptance of His only begotten Son, a savior to our world, a gift from God never to deny!

I love this. You took a classic Christmas hymn and turned it into a robust composition for only two instruments. It's both sophisticated and simple, impressive and intimate. And the companion video shot for this music is excellent. What an outstanding way to tell the story of Christ's birth! You guys are a cut above.

"O Come, O Come, Emmanuel," was my late fiancé's favorite Christmas song. He would always play it on the piano on the first day of Advent at our campus ministry office and I'm not kidding, everyone passing by would stop to listen to him playing. Hearing this again brings me back to those days of sitting nearby and listening to him play.
I've always believed that the desire...the NEED to create music is part of our "Souls DNA". Listening to this over & OVER again just convinces me that this is true!

Even though i'm an atheist, i can't deny the sensitive feeling of this music piece. I like listening to it while staring at a sunset or a rainy afternoon. The piano guys made a masterpiece cover once again!
Right? I love how beautiful music can touch people regardless of ethnicity, language, tribe, religion, political views, etc. It brings people together and makes them feel good. I hope you have very happy holidays!
Perhaps they think it would be better without the piano? Or perhaps they think it would be better to see them in the studio, where they are really performing, rather than see them miming in this weird temple?
@@ABC_DEF The temple is just as beautiful as the music, and would not be the same without piano. It equals the cello, and through my experience in an orchestra I understand that having only one part can be boring. Different parts play with different volumes and melodies, therefore contrasting in a beautiful song. But of course, beauty lies the eyes of the beholder.......
+TheUKNutter see, the thing is that these songs came from a time when the idea of The Kingdom Of God was preached and when Jesus was boldly proclaimed as the undisputed and sovereign king. When believers didn't care if people were offended that we believed in only one way through which you could be saved. I'm not a tremendous fan of these old hymns but every now and then I find one awakens a longing for the old ways and faith.
I mean the ones that I'm forced to listen to on the radio, and every single station has them. There's not 1 station where Slade isn't played, for instance.

You don’t find a cellist like this every day. His bowing is impeccable, his notes flawless. He’s technically perfect, but plays with so much emotion it’s as if he’s playing it straight from his heart. A cello is a beautiful thing, but what is it without someone like this to make music on it?
So is a piano.
Right?! He's incredible. I've heard him in person with Jon Schmidt and he's just as flawless in his concerts. It's entrancing!
I have never seen a cellist play with as much emotion as Steven does.
He is absolutely perfect. Love it.
seen these guys in person.... its a thing of beauty and soul... so so so good.
Amazing, Angela....Emmanuel is a baby that changed everything....and I love him....God bless you.
KRG
Thank you for your comment and encouragement! God bless you and yours as well, now and always!
Praying for you Angela, we are in the same situation.... I read 3 Nephi 13 Yesterday (Matthew 6) just by happenstance, and it seemed to calm my nerves.
Total commitment to the Lord means everything is supplied that you need. That has been the case with me.
Sounds like Jesus is trying to kill you, but doctors and science are getting in his way. You’re thanking the wrong entity.
I rejoice with you!!!
Amen! Praise his holy name. Jesus Christ 🙌🙌🙌
Glory to Jesus Christ, Emmanuel
You have an irrefutable testimony to God's love. Sorry for all your pain but clearly you were brought into God's family as an example His great salvation. Soon you will be with Him in person and so will I. Great reward for trusting His promised salvation.
He is born into the hearts of man every day. Let this season be filled with His peace, love, grace, and forgiveness.
Amen, amen!
This song is truly touching me this year as never before. Thank you Lord.
Thanks for this. Happy Christmas.

The birth of the Messiah has inspired some of history's most beautiful music.
+1StarProductions lol
+1StarProductions I would invite you to learn more about the other cultures around you. A simple Google search shows many many examples of beautiful art and music inspired by those who follow the teachings of the prophet Muhammad.
+MatriumCauthon
im sorry but the quran is far fr peaceful. i suggest you read Surah 9 if you think islam is peacr
This is beautiful. Contemporary Christian music can't hold a candle to this.
not even "Baa I'm A Lamb" by the Apologetix?
Any music that gives glory to God turns the dark to light.
CATHOLIC MUSIC, THAT IS!!!!
Amen!
The Israeli National Anthem (The Hope) captures the same feeling of longing
@@PeteyGunn You will be grafted in.
Same. Thought I was going to die of covid a few weeks ago. God had different plans. Emmanuel.
@@PeteyGunn 💕
Agreed. Absolutely captures the aching sense of longing implied in the lyrics for this song.
Been playing on repeat THIS season.
Come soon!
Is your comment biblical or religious? cuz I ain't getting nothing out of it. it just seems wordy to me.
Don’t associate this beautiful piece to your Jewish community please. We are people from all around the world with different religions listening to this!
Beautiful comment. Emmanuel from the tribe of Judah, our eternal Salvation.

Is the original Jesus returning?
No, the guy has been dead for thousands of years.
Is the son of God as the metaphor, how it should be taken, returning?
Also no, he already walks among us, several of him, but few listen to his words.
Most are willingly deaf to words that would make the world better, many keep searching for them as the air echoes their sound.

As someone who usually listens to heavy metal, I am not ashamed to say that this song is absolutely beautiful. I honestly don't have the words to describe it. These guys deserve a medal for such an amazing composition as this.
As someone who listens to metal I can tell you there's nothing to be ashamed of
In my opinion it's a nice change of pace :)
It's me. But I also don't be ashamed because I listen metal and listen this,it's doesn't metter. This song is so beatiful to me...
They didn't compose it. It's a centuries old lament, written in the high age of Rome.

Oh come Immanuel!!
I like the Marty Goetz "Festivals of Lights" version of this song:
O Come, O Come, Emmanuel
performed by Marty Goetz
Album: Festivals of Light
O come, O come Emmanuel and ransom captive Israel
That mourns in lonely exile here
Until the Son of God appears
O come thou Dayspring
Come and cheer our spirits by thine advent here
Disperse the gloomy clouds of night
And death's dark shadows put to flight
Rejoice, rejoice Emmanuel
Shall come to thee O Israel
O come, Emmanuel, your people cry
Be God with us, Messiah, Adonai
Yes come, and all your children bless
And turn us from our sins to righteousness!
Rejoice, rejoice! Emmanuel shall come to thee, O, Israel
Rejoice, rejoice Emmanuel has come to thee O Israel.
Can't wait for his return

A song I remember from my childhood, the old people of the church sitting around in a low cottage, singing this song in the local language, is just melodically engraved in my mind. I am from China.
"The Word became flesh and dwelt among us" Listening to this is cleansing to the soul.
It definitley is man. Agree with you 1000%
United by the love of Christ. God bless!!! From Brazil brother
"I will dwell in them and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people" Corinthians 6:16
We are bound by a love so great that the only way we could miss it is if we refuse to see it, these are moments where he is angry but more sad then we could ever imagine. We have had a father who began time with us already in his mind, who wishes nothing more then to love us and share eternity with us. All that is required of us is that we recognize it and choose to love. The two greatest commandments are simple
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:30-31
We are children of god, heirs to the infinite. All the rest falls away in the span of eternity but these things remain, thank you, wherever two or more gather after all, God is with us and has blessed us.
Amen

Where was this beautiful music recorded? The surrounding s are so appropriate.
Back in December 1968 we sang this piece a cappella during our high school Christmas concert. I am still deeply moved by this piece and I plan to sing it in church for Christmas Eve 2022.
We did too. 1978. When we finished, you could hear a pen drop. One of the most meaningful moments of my life
Christmas is wonderful yet there is sadness. I miss my son. He passed away 3 years ago tragically. I still cry, but I’m so thankful to the Lord that I know I’ll see him again!

I wrote to this very song a blog regarding the humble and lowly birth of Jesus Christ. That is what my heart feels and sees, a babe and mother in a lowly manger on a dirt floor. Humble beginnings to teach of humility through grace. Beautiful rendition, it needs no words!

I've heard of instances where an atheist has been so moved by the beauty of music that they decided there must indeed be a God. This is that kind of music!
im catholic, and would love to agree. but you have no idea, most atheist listen to this and skip it immediately..

I pray you find peace and hope at this time of your life.
Music of God's Love for your healing and heart! 🙏🏾

A truly incredible piece. Haunting but in a way also incredibly comforting. So much soul in the song. Kudos to the piano guys.
The Cello is a man's voice and the Piano, a woman's. The most beautiful duet I ever heared.
sirlioce What a lovely statement! So true.
The Piano are the Drops of water....(Clouds shall raining the Messiah)
The most beautiful version of one of my most beloved songs. Thank you, Piano Guys! Thank you, Lord for the gift of Emmanuel...God with us!
Therapeutic, soul cleansing, sheer beauty. Thank you, Piano Guys.
Yes, Rhubarb! Exactly!
Well said
Hallelujah!
Our Saviour, Redeemer, King, Father, Healer is here.
Emmanuel....God is with us, in us and for us...what a blessing.
So beautiful! I travel to the unknown of holy worship hearing this. Music is a language created for us to worship God.
There is a poem that used this beautiful music. It's called "The Spirit of Christmas by Sir Willard Barr. Talented collaboration between the poet and musicians. LOVED THE POEM.
I try to go there every day, God bless you sister.
I love this.
You took a classic Christmas hymn and turned it into a robust composition for only two instruments. It's both sophisticated and simple, impressive and intimate. And the companion video shot for this music is excellent. What an outstanding way to tell the story of Christ's birth!
You guys are a cut above.
Thank you and Merry Christmas!
Go Figure Skate yeah Marshall Macdonald is so good, right?
Listening to this Beautiful, and Blessed Peaceful Music, today on First day of Advent on 2020, as I close my eyes I can feel and see our Lord Jesus Christ, The most Mighty, Prince of Peace, our Messiah. I thank Him for all He has done for me.I Pray for all people on earth to Repent, and Reconcile with our God in Jesus Name🙏 Amen.
God Bless you Steven and John, The Piano Guys for such an Amazing Performance.
There is a poem that used this beautiful music. It's called "The Spirit of Christmas by Sir Willard Barr. Talented collaboration between the poet and musicians. I HEARD IT TODAY AND LOVED THE POEM.
I am so sorry for your loss. 🤍
One of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard
I've always believed that the desire...the NEED to create music is part of our "Souls DNA". Listening to this over & OVER again just convinces me that this is true!
Good grief. You'd think they're playing thier own heartstrings... this is devastatingly beautiful. Thank you so much for making this.
ArwenChristineBelleAelin doctor They are without a doubt playing their own heartstrings. =)
here's another version for you to enjoy! th-cam.com/video/NtVfTCsQ4kw/w-d-xo.html there are some seriously beautiful versions out there, have been watching TH-cam covers of this song for the past 2 hours but this one is the best apart of course from piano guys...!
I know you guys may not hear this, but thank you for the AMAZING music you have brought us. Merry Christmas!!!!
Only one of God's blessings to us
By far the most moving, mesmerizing rendition I've ever heard. I love putting this on and watching a snowfall
When I listen to this song ,I think of Jesus . And how Beautiful life can be ,With him in it .
Even though i'm an atheist, i can't deny the sensitive feeling of this music piece. I like listening to it while staring at a sunset or a rainy afternoon. The piano guys made a masterpiece cover once again!
Iro Pappa God cares......
this song in general is so beautiful...
Jesus has power
@@jaydenripic6721 Maybe, i don't know and i don't really care. Art like this music piece has more power and affect on me.
Right? I love how beautiful music can touch people regardless of ethnicity, language, tribe, religion, political views, etc. It brings people together and makes them feel good. I hope you have very happy holidays!
This is an absolutely gorgeous arrangement of this melody. Masterfully done.
This is hands down mic dropping, the ABSOLUTE most beautiful piece of music i have ever heard!!!!
Who on earth would give this a thumbs down? Come on... this is pure and gorgeous.
It is definitely beautiful.
Some people cannot stand beauty and purity:-(
Angry atheists and jealous people who can’t play well.
I really wish this was the kind of music that was on the radio at Christmas time. Good job! I also really wish it was Christmas time.
I know, the christmas songs are horrible in my opinion. Same songs every year.
This I thought you knew what I was talking about because of the original post
try classic FM UK from Dec 1st x
I find myself coming back to this multiple times a year. Perhaps the most beautiful piece of music recorded
