Kim Bodnia is the most precious, really. A little crazy but absolut gold. Also what a line "How can you be hopeless, yet strong?" That's a very fitting line for Vesemir
Kim is so genuine and lively. You feel his emotion and it’s nothing contrived or false. Just pure unadulterated truth. He was great as Vesemir. Hope to see more of him in season 3. All the best to him.
@@platosfriend ofcourse she is. She the cutest. I was SO f*cking happy that Geralt forgave Yennefer at the end and now they'll protect Ciri together as a family. It was truly the best end i could've wished for of S2.

I was worrying about who they'd get to play Vesemir. I didn't think they'd be able to find anyone with that balance of emotion and toughness. Not to mention someone who could pull off that stache and make it seem natural. But holy cow. He's awesome.
Crazy seeing kim in “broen” a danish/swedish series, where he was so amazing. To then seeing him in such a Big series, and playing his role so well 🇩🇰😊

Finished watching the series and I thought it was GREAT - though some parts confused me as someone who read the books. Some things that NEED to be done in season 3 for CERTAIN UPCOMING events to feel BELIEVABLE are the following: 1 - They need to show us CIRI practice and get a lot BETTER with the SWORD. 2 - They need VILGEFORTZ to show off his POWER as a SORCERER (he was a WIMP in season 1 - he needs to get a lot stronger somehow). 3 - If JARRE is going to have any similar storyline to what he has in the books he NEEDS to SPEND MORE TIME with CIRI. The first two are a MUST for me for future event credibility. What are your thoughts?
I don't think theyll follow up with Jarre too much. He was there for some front fight exposition, but in the Netflix series we seem to have Fringilla and Cahir doing lots of the job.
Im mostly worried about how they have handled ciris powers, large parts of later books are simply ciri finding and exploring her powers (Stranded arc for example) which there now wont be a need for
@@samuelf201 Yeah, I'm curious to see how they will handle that! She is doing a lot of expert-level sword-fighting in the books though, which is why I think we need to see her training and getting better before they throw her into a fight with anyone, let alone Bonhart! 🙂
@@samuelf201 i only finished yesterday and I wish they didn't try to add so many fireworks with no real value. I mean fighting dinosaurs, Yen doing whatever she tried to do in last episode, hut hut whut 😅 Lots of running, really.

Season 2 was awesome. Season 1 dragged a bit, but season 2 was on par with GoT.
In terms of the acting, the script, and cgi, it was far better than s1. In terms of s2 being canon with the books, it deteriorated in that factor
