Thanks, all other tutorials can’t explain themselves, I’ve had many errors which with the thanks of TH-camrs like you I been able to fix and keep in mind for later on, I was trying to boot it up without having my files deleted and having to reinstall but went with this instead because everything I tried just wasn’t working. This happened after I changed my 256gb ssd to a 512gb ssd

Thanks. Maybe it helps to format your USB stick with FAT32. I had problems with HP Prodesk 600 when the stick was formatted with NTFS, it just didn't recognize an OS on the stick. (I tried to install Linux Mint.) Same config, NTFS = no boot. FAT32 = boot. Same stick, same data.

I am looking for the HP Secure Wipe feature for the drive. I didn't find the option when hitting F10. But I may have seen it when hitting ESC to get to the Startup Menu/Utilities. I hope the feature is there. If not, do you know where I can find it on the HP ProDesk 600 G1 Small Form Factor PC? I am running the same BIOS version as the one you have in the video.
