when she said "surely you remember balor", is it supposed to mean something? does she actually know that odin resides within eivor?

Woden and odin are the same god it's like Jupiter and Zeus so it's probably no coincidence both gae bolg and gungnir work well together.

The lack of lock on disturbs me as the Dark Souls series has ingrained that into me. The lack of HUD (and Eivor's outfit) reminds me of Senua's Sacrifice: Hellblade though, very beautiful boss battle.

I totally didn’t expect this fight at the end. It blew my mind and I also got a lot of amazing shots! So far one of my favourite experiences in Valhalla

Woden= Odin, omg. So this is another Odin memory

And the creature says that he is Twice Blind, it's clear that this is one of Odin's memories
Now the question remains, why did Odin go after the Irish Pantheon? this happened after he learned of the prophecy? because he was already lost a eye.

@@enenrax What are Odin's motives overall? What about Loki's son? What is the wolf in actual Isu terms? Is Havi/Odin actually bad? I have so many questions.

@@chilliam00 I think Loki's son will be the focus of the next game. Any question related to Havi has to be answered in this next DLC.

@@chilliam00 there is a comparison between Balor and Argos, and Hermes kills Argos like Lugh to Balor, my guess is that Odin is asked by Hermes to retrieve the isu weapon Gae Bolg, however, this can also be an interpretation of Odin try to find a way to fight THE SUN, as Balor can be interpreted as literally SUN! but most likely the AC Div team want a cool boss fight with Balor, and here it is. which is most likely.

      @@monkey67409 good theory
So the Spear would be a way to prevent Solar Flare, it makes sense that Havi would want to find it.
