- In spring 2024, Russia intensified attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure, leading to increased Western support. Fourteen countries now allow Ukraine to strike Russian military targets. The US has expanded its authorization for Ukraine to use its weapons beyond regions near Kharkiv. Ukraine has already targeted Russian sites, including S-300/S-400 systems. NATO and French President Macron support Ukraine's right to defend itself. Despite some US restrictions, Ukraine seeks full use of long-range missiles. President Zelenskyy calls for strong international backing to combat Russian aggression.

I'd rethink the phrasing of second part of the title.
Ukraine use 220 Volt / 50 Hz, like in West Europe ? Does Russia use this standard too. Meaning old Sowjet technique is compatible with EU space ? The complete destruction of the old Sowjet Equippment in Ukraine will open a complete restauration with modern equippment. The question when Ukraine has the military safety which allowes a fundamental rebuild like was done in Germany after 1945. And who delivers new eqquipment: Europe or China ? And who pays the reconstruction of Ukraine. In Germany a mixture of american Marshal Plan and strong working German folks made the former "Wirtschaftswunder" in Germany possible. With Ukraine also the question is open, where Ukraine will find its East Border. In the former borderline, or will pro russian actors force Ukraine to give East Ukraine to Russia. I think Trump, Le Pen, AFD etc. all will not accept, that Ukraine can retain the entire country area with crimea and donbass. Pro Ukraine actors regard the undivided Ukraine the target of an EU and NATO integration. But this is only a fraction of Europeans and Americans.
