Join me in the Outback as we continue the camel control mission! In this action-packed Part 2, I head over to Tunil, taking down 8 camels with the Wedgetail MPR. The situation escalates at Connections Water Point, where an overwhelming number of camels demands the precision of the Wedgetail MPR equipped with the Delta Stryker 1-10x optic. The TriggerCam is working seamlessly, capturing every strategic shot. Stay tuned for Part 3, where the adventure intensifies! 🐫🔫🎥

Outstanding parenting by the way. When your daughter said she couldn't open the box or something, you said to keep trying and she got it open shortly after. That alone teaches her extremely important things for life. She's very lucky to have you as her father. Good job sir

@@HAVEAGOA idk one person who hunt in his car with his seatbelt, when you need to get out to take your shot, you dont want to unbuckle your seatbelt everytime you get out. The kid probably knows about gun safety and knows she shouldnt touch them without supervision. Flagging happens when you are full of adrenaline, but idk where he flagged his daughter in his video.

Lolling at the obligatory Emu War reference but FRFR, it'd be good training for SF, hot desert climate physical training, co-ordinated fire and movement drills, team communication improvement, marksmanship, planning an ambush etc etc. Also if someone can't hack culling ferals humanely, they won't hack merking human enemies in a warzone. Better to find out in country without becoming a liability in a 2 way firing range, I know I'd rather know if myself or my colleagues are 100% reliable before that point. Idk, no expert, just my humble opinion. 🤷‍♂️

it's been quite a surprise to find on how somebody raises cattle in Western Australia at a STATION, here a ranch. I've got a question for you. What would it take to build a camel catching pen next to the cattle watering stations to which you could eliminate any camels caught in these specialty build pens to with stand marauding camels. A cabled fence with pipe, (heavy well drill pipe), around with a catch gate like you have for the cattle.
i was in Hawii in 1968, ( U.S. Airforce,) and had a wonderful time with six Aussi women on ther holidays,( I had a great time, I think ).

Camel trains moved people and goods through Australia until the introduction of road and rail infrastructure in the 1920s. Feral Camels estimated population last i saw is 1.2 million. Pigs 20 to 25 million, many other Feral species as well.

you need a small drone to go up high and have a good look around to see if you missed any of them saving an extra trip.

Have you considered a standing tripod? Better line of sight and keeps you off the hot/dusty ground.

I was thinking the sane thing, if he had something like a bogpod, the legs could be preset at all times, and it won't open past a certain point. With a makeshift sling on it, he could run, pop it out, and start sending....we use them for coyotes. Crazy stable, light and under $200 us dollars.

They are aluminum or carbon fiber. Wrap the top of legs with grip tape or just cloth tape. I imagine if u didn't, they would get pretty hot to bare skin!

Bloody Hell mate, that was a huge herd of camels and the damage to the yards was bad. You did a great job of dispatching those ferals with the limited resources you had. Great work mate. Lying in the hot dirt was not real good and you are too low to see them properly. You need to try some shooting sticks or .600 long bi-pod, then you can kneel and brace your elbow on your knee. You shoot pretty good but the bi-pod will save you an awful lot of ammo. In a past video I watched your wife trying to shoot, her eye was about a foot behind the scope, no sight picture so a shooting rest would help her no end with her shooting. Just an observation, good luck with your Camel control. Some help from WA. Govt would be nice.

That was a crazy mob of camels. Obviously keeping the cows away from the water. Are you ever going to see an end of it?

Nice shots. Camels aren't an issue down here (yet) but definitely won't argue against a bit of pest control
