Nah. Dyne is a Jedah main, and he has solid fundamentals I'm general, but he's nowhere near master level with anyone other than Jedah. I can tell he wasn't taking these games very seriously. In fact, he was being somewhat of a dickwad of a troll. 😆
YESSSSSSSSSSS. This was such a good match. Interesting to see Dyne switch to Felicia to deal with Lei-Lei, when there were several times he was handling her very well with Jedah but seemed to stumble at the finish line. In their 5th match in, it seemed like Dyne felt pressed to go for an EX a lot, whiffing 3 times before winning. Then the counter picking began, and it got really entertaining. They're both so good.
It's hype AF and it's a damn shame not as many people know about it. I mean this came out back in 1997 which is insane to think about... many concepts that are common now in fighting games today (including the entire anime fighter sub genre) came from this game and it still holds up to this day with some of the best animations and character design of all time. I'm just getting into it and I can't recommend highly enough you check it out. It is super easy to get into but almost impossible to master, with a low skill floor to get started and a skill ceiling so high that in some cases it is beyond what humans can consistently do. I feel like if more people knew about it this would blow up since you can play for free.

I love how many characters they used in this match. You can tell they are both masters because of their matchup knowledge and execution of attacks.
