There are so many things that impress me about this video. First of all, the price of the menu is currently £310 per person, and yet look at the ingredients they’re using! Alba white truffles, ALMAS CAVIAR!!!!!!! Definitely no skimping out on the ingredient cost there, no sir😂 And also, just look at how perfectly he is able to explain his methods to us viewers. I really felt as though I was in the sushi bar standing next to him, it was like a free, one-on-one tutorial🤩 Perhaps what touched me the most was when he discussed losing the Michelin Stars. I can only imagine how that must have felt. Mitsuhiro, as an older man, has been around, has a legacy, and is probably able to view Michelin in the proper way, as a Guide operated by people with individual opinions that obviously differ widely from everyone else out in the big world, and therefore something that should ultimately be taken with a grain of salt. But as a young chef, it’s understandable that stars mean a lot more to Marty, so it was really nice to hear of the support his master gave him in that surely difficult time😉 Another great video Staff Canteen!!!
