I am quite fair for someone who lives in the tropics and I have a neutral undertone. I feel like most colors in this palette will either look muddy or washed out against my complexion.
I know you love your warm eyeshadow colors and yes they look gorgeous on you but this Glam Palette isn't as you stated, totally cool toned and I think it balances warmish-neutral tones with some cool ones, best of both worlds. Erin, it really looks so pretty on you and I think if you apply them softly you have a lovely daytime natural look (which I find with warms is harder to achieve) and you can also easily build-up for a smokey or night-time look. So versatile in my book. xoxox
This palette speaks to me so much more than the recent reds, berries, and mauves we've been seeing so much of lately from many brands. I agree with your first impression about this being neutral and not necessarily cool-toned. I love this look that you created with the pretty pink Chic Beige lips. I LOVE it. I also think (ok, I am really really hoping!) that you will have some time to play with it more, and create a really nice every day look for us because I see a lot of shades that can be worn minimally. My eyes are drawn to all of the lighter tones in the palette and I think they can be worn to the office. Looking forward to seeing more about this!!
First of all, Erin, you look gorgeous in all of your videos. However, in my opinion, this is one of the prettiest, (perhaps most natural) looks I've seen on you in a while. I know you like the bright eyeshadow, but this is the first time in a long time that your eyes are the star of your face, not your eyeshadow. Not that I need any new pallets, but I'm sold on this one. Great job.

Got this yesterday im obsessed definitely my favorite palette from her. So good! I basically only wear cool tones and mauves taupes etc so this is my jam! I didn't pick up the bronze I knew I wouldn't use it.

You’re the only one I’ve heard say what I’ve always thought: this is predominantly a neutral palette with just a few actually cool toned shades. The rest are neutral or even warm, albeit muted and soft. This is ideal for me

Cooler tones 😂 because ppl are used to seeing warm/red tones. I bought this and I love it. The transition shade on the top left is great for contouring the nose. I’m Asian with N21 shade.try the lightest grey shimmer for highlight, it works great.

I like your review. These colors are flattering on you and they look good on camera. I think you've shown that if someone doesn't like grey shadows at all, it might not be the best palette to buy because so many pans would go unused. However, people who prefer cool browns and various grey tones with shimmer will probably love it. I'm sure Natasha will do other warm collections in the future.
A very sophisticated look, one of my favorites that I've seen so far! We know you like pinks, but this is a welcome change and very flattering on you! That first blend shade was much darker on skin that it looked in the pan! I will not be picking this up, but I love seeing the different looks people create.

My Labor Day splurged included purchases from Beautylish ND 10 pan and a Viseart Petite Pro 3, then Sephora qualifying purchases for future 15% off which were my first big ND palette, the Bronze palette and the NARs concealer which I have never tried before. My future 15% off purchase will included this ND Glam palette and Guerlain L'Essentiel Natural Lngwr Foundation and the Meteorites Pearls. I believe I will get the BeautyBio Rose Quartz roller too and maybe another ND lippie. And for another maybe that Extreme Mascara.

I really like Natasha Denona shadows too. Well formulated. I like the the way the new Glam palette looks both on you and in general. I will pick one up. Kind of reminds me a little of the wonderful Les Beige Chanel 9 pan palette that was limited edition that we love (WHY LIMITED???). Colors can be funny thing. You look great in the warm tones. I bought the large Charlotte Tilbury palette but it completely drained my complexion. I could only get away with the last three shade. While the formula was great, the colors weren't suited to my skin tone. I look best in cool-neutral tones. I am so sick of purple, pink, plum grey, black and cool brown/taupe eyeshadows but honestly they look best on me. Even the Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow 5 pan palette in Medium looks great on me and I think it is the most BORING palette on the planet. I am on my third compact of it. I guess we all have our favorites. Thanks for your honesty!!

Ok, last comment. You know how you can pick up a pressed powder in let’s say in Cover Girl and you would keep it in your make up bag and when your face was a little oily, you would use the little puff that it comes with and use on your face to get rid of any oils (that our face naturally produces). Well, I’m going to use my By Terry Pressed Powder around my face to set and keep it in my makeup bag and when I need to refresh, or reapply my lipstick after dinner, I can take out the gorgeous By Terry Pressed Powder and Blot Away!!!! Maybe your not use too cool tones ? But ,I think this pallet is beautiful & different than the others . It always seems more brick colors or reds ,not that I don’t like those colors thats all I wear for me it’s a game changer. But I understand we kinda get use too what we lean on. I guess I should wait till you video is over before making my comments. But, I order the By Terry, Hyaluronic Pressed Hydra-Powder, and the first time I received by DHL, it came cracked, I was so upset. So I got in tough with customer service and they were so nice, they told me to keep the cracked pressed powder and in four days I received a new one that was Perfect. I gave my friend the cracked one because it wasn’t in the worst condition to get it free from a friend, but to order it and spend the money and get it cracked, well, that’s a little different. To pair with the glam I would say Bronze since Biba might be too similar overall and Safari had mixed reviews xx

I would love to see you do a "cool toned" eye. You do look beautiful in warm tones but I would like to see you do an eye out of your comfort zone....

It's a gorgeous palette and you created a beautiful look. But it seems very limited to me as a smoky eye palette which I don't wear often.

Maybe your not use too cool tones ? But ,I think this pallet is beautiful & different than the others .
It always seems more brick colors or reds ,not that I don’t like those colors thats all I wear for me it’s a game changer.
But I understand we kinda get use too what we lean on.

What’s your go to every day palette
I guess I should wait till you video is over before making my comments. But, I order the By Terry, Hyaluronic Pressed Hydra-Powder, and the first time I received by DHL, it came cracked, I was so upset. So I got in tough with customer service and they were so nice, they told me to keep the cracked pressed powder and in four days I received a new one that was Perfect. I gave my friend the cracked one because it wasn’t in the worst condition to get it free from a friend, but to order it and spend the money and get it cracked, well, that’s a little different.
