Thnx for this vid, I'm on the fence on the cards but taking less table space is neat and I guess over time you won't have to flip the cards constantly I think I might pick these up once I have my stormcast path to glory army painted and test them out ^^ Also nice to see the battletomes still have some path to glory stuff
Seeing parts of those minis throughout the entire video was the biggest (probably unintentional) tease. Book looks good but its still wild to me that they are $60.
So I actually just played a game with these after filming and I think it confirmed my view. While learning new stuff, I DID have to flip several cards alot. But I also feel like the extra table space was excellent. In the long term these will be perfect.
What irritates me is that I just purchased the other set of aska en cards that came out the same time as the Skaventide box set. I'm guessing I'll have to buy these cards if I want the new characters.
I won’t do it for 40K but Age of Sigmar really scratches an itch I didn’t know I had. Legions great, but I’m so tired of painting sci fi minis and the recent(ish) rules changes have really turned me away from it. AoS is really a breath of fresh air even if it’s expensive. Though I will say AoS feels considerably less expensive than 40K to build armies for due to higher points costs on units meaning you don’t need to buy so much
Good to see some honest takes on GW.

No Worries, I'll probably do a miniatures showcase soon.
I’m on the fence regarding the smaller cards

Nothing wrong with a group of
Rats tough all the rule book changes over the editions really get my goat
WH is just a bit much for a newbie to handle. 😮
The price point on GW minis are so high, I couldn't imagine why someone would pay so much when Legion is better. ;)
