Hero Maestro Edge review
The 2019 Hero Maestro Edge 125 has been launched at a starting price of Rs 58,500. This new model gets a 125cc engine from the Hero Destini and also features a fuel injection variant. This Maestro Edge makes 9.24PS of power and 10.2Nm of torque with FI, while the carburetor version makes 8.83PS. The carburetted variant also features Hero MotoCorp’s i3S, or Idle Start Stop System.
Along with the new engine, the Maestro Edge 125 finally gets a front disc brake option, becoming Hero’s first scooter to get a disc brake. Integrated Braking System (IBS) is offered as standard on all variants, along with alloy wheels. It also gets an LED DRL on the front apron, but still retains a halogen headlight from the Maestro Edge 110. Aside from this, it also retains a remote fuel filler cap, a remote seat release, under-seat light and a USB charger.The Maestro Edge 125 rides on telescopic suspension at the front, with a 12-inch front wheel and a single shock at the back with a 10-inch wheel. It goes up against scooters like the Honda Grazia, Activa 125, TVS NTorq and Suzuki Burgman Street.

Excellent review. Apt and clear. One question, when I booked this vehicle, I was asked to pay for the side stand as an accessory. Isn't it strange? If the vehicle has a side stand indicator that means side stand should be and integral part of it. Is this some kind of gimmick to cut ex-showroom price of the vehicle?
How is braking system, vibrations, suspension, Can we raid it long at 50 km per day ?

Worthless..Fi version is a good compared to competition but not VFM ...Still dated Suzuki's 125 cc r butter smooth reliable performers & Ntorq is the ultimate killer.
i3s is nothing but just a gimmick to me

As you told that Maestro is BSVI ready, so what is the difference between BS VI ready and BSVI compliant engine?
F1 doesn't have ABS, Bs6 complient need to have ABS + injector for above 125 cc segment. Seems like they used conventional brakes to keep the price low

Hero is shit nowadays. Where's the hero zir 150 ( the maxi scooter concept showcased millions of years ago). They showcased an awesome hx 250r concept with 31 bhp and came up with a crappy looking 200s with 18 bhp.
Nthorq is better than this❤️

Ntorq has low mileage and engine is not good.
Iam using an ntorq. Its engine is very good. But if you look at the mileage. It has some problems. But the ntorq is smooth and stylish than any other scooters. Packed with lot of features than any other on the market
