Is 'Blue Card' considered as permanent residency (PR) while seeking loan..? I heard anything above one year is permanent residence. Kindly can you clarify if you are aware.
Blue Card is again a resident permit and not a settlement permit. If you have one, you are eligible to get a PR status after 21 months from the date of obtaining your Blue Card provided if you can show B1 level of German. Hope that answered your question 😊

There are premium builders who asks way higher than the market price. The construction type like wooden, massive and the inner design design all matters.
