Bought mine at Best Buy 2019. Fabulous printer until 2 weeks ago when color printing went south. Now prints about only 1/8 of the color (but B/W are fine) and I've spent a week and half trying to fix. Under warranty and taking it back!

i HAVE It and like it but replacemet ink packs are VERY EXPENSIVE. I have lots of dura brite ink from my other epson printers I need to find a way to refill these packs.

@@epsonamerica Thanks for reply. Very nice printer! If only it was easy to use any ink, just like a car using fuel. I wonder how are the ink prices for this particular model.
