    The Mighty Kingsmen!! Always fantastic! We pray now for God's healing for dear Chris Collins as he recovers from five bypass heart surgery and stroke. Thank you, God, for healing him so far! 🙏❤️

    I was blessed to play in a group that toured with the Kingsmen and I can say out of all the Quartets they always managed to have very talented musicians. Anthony Burger was worth his weight in gold to this group along with many others.

    Has there ever, in the history of stages, been a slower curtain opening than at the Joyful Noise?

    End of an era for both these concert posts the thr Joyful Noise. Thanks for all the videos. Hope to see more of someone else soon.
    This last year has been hard. These videos have been something to look forward too while being at home more or confined to a vehicle to go out and get pickup for supper. On a personal note, I used to sing in church and I have done a lot of positive soul searching through watching these. God bless you for sharing these precious memories. Many thanks.

    Hamill literally didnt come back after intermission. For the last time, Hamill gonna Hamill, lol.

    • @jsw113
      @jsw113  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, Hamill wasn't one to mingle with the crowd very much. All the other guys you could talk to them at the Merchandise Table at Intermission and after (sometimes before) the show. Hamill was straight from the Bus to the stage and back to the Bus.

      @@jsw113 was he always that way or did he get more reclusive as he grew older?

      @@yepyepuhhuhuhhuh3999 I'm not sure. The first time I ever saw them was the first video I posted in 1984, so I can't speak for any time earlier than that. Joyful Noise was not a very big place and the space was very small where they had their table so it could get really crowded with shoulder to shoulder people. That could have played a part for that particular venue. I'm sure age and the need to sit down an relax could have certainly been a factor as well. I don't think it was because he was anti-social or anything like that?
