I've also been doing cement handicraft for a year, and I basically add to the firmness of the sand, otherwise the fastness is not enough.

This is very helpful and I love watching your videos. I’m Sandra from Ghana, I’m starting a new candle business. Can I use white cement for my candle jars? Is white cement same as Portland cement?
Yes you can! White cement is strong enough for candle jar. Either grey or white cement will do. I did one of my candle holder using white cement too. You can look for my video: Fried Egg tea light candle holder. And good luck on your business ☺️

Hi, so far I tried water based acrylic colour (those in bottles or in watercolour tube), pastel pigment and mica powder. The one I prefer is still acrylic colour because it really boost out the colour. I haven’t try the ink one but I think will work too ☺️
Hi. May I know how does cement coaster dry before seal? Does beeswax work?
I normally dry it for 24 hours. But during winter or rainy season, the drying process make take up to 48 hours. You will know of your cement is completely dry. The surface will be totally dry and when u tap on it, it won’t leave any finger nail mark. It won’t feel wet either. Beewax will leave a coating on it but it won’t work as waterproof sealant.
i usually saw people makind pots with plaster than the white cement..whats the difference in between these two???
White cement is stronger and durable. Since it it use for renovation too. :)

I tried making crafts from white cement and just as an experiment i tried to break it and it broke 😄. Can you share any tips to make it un breakable? Or should i let it dry for a longer time?
Hi, cement is break if fall from high place. It is not unbreakable! But it has very high break resistant if you are making in proper way. So do not attempt break it with force. 😅😅
