I was finally playing the solo the other day and I messed up on the solo automata about 4 turns in. I packed it up, for now, but I’ll get back to learning it again soon. Great game so far though.

Great review, i was trying to convince myself not to like the game, my wife will kill me .. i promised her i would slow down on games this year .... nice way to start :D. Love the art and the engine building.

It seems that you need to invest in food production to win.

One thing that concerns me is that in seems like your end game scoring goal might sync up perfectly with the round by round scoring, giving you the chance to essentially double up on bonus points, while someone else gets no crossover, adding a lot of luck to the game. Am I overrating this concern?
