We've had ours for about two months now and have been very pleased thus far. As for the height off the floor/short OEM pedestal issue, before ours was delivered we purchased a rolling appliance base from Amazon for about $55 and had the machine placed on the base by the delivery men. The combo machine weighs 300 pounds, so it is much more difficult to move than a separate washing machine and dryer. Now, we can easily roll it in and out of its normal location (you know, to find the sock that's been trying to escape) and while it's being used, we can lock the wheels and lower the adjustable feet on the base (which also has built-in bubble levels on each side). Plus, the rolling base lifts the unit far enough off the floor to enable placing a small bowl or food storage container under the lower filter door to catch the water that pours out when you first remove it. Just be sure you purchase the base that adjusts between 27.5 and 35.4 inches per side, as the machine itself is about 29 inches wide at the base. According to the seller, the base can hold up to 1100 pounds, well in excess of the machine's weight.
This is what I'm planning on doing too. Could you either post a link to the rolling base your bought or the name or the brand or something I can search for so I can get one that is "battle tested"? Thanks in advance

It's an excellent machine I bought it watching your reviews and a couple others. Love it! I didn't want to pay the extra for the pedestal either but I used 8 inch cinder blocks. the machine does not jump around and if you don't want the look of the cinder blocks you can paint them. Perfect for draining the clean out and they are cheap... Thanks for your video... Cute pup in the reflection
Question: I see you have a bottle of the downy unstoppables pellets (love those things) is there any special way you have to use those with this machine? or is it still just "sprinkle some in before you close the door" kinda thing. Didn't know with all the special dispenses if there was something different done with this machine. Thanks and good info in your video! highly considering buying one of these.
I’m subscribing. Video’s great, my literal one and only request is please - please make more reviews as time goes on. 2 years, 3 years, 5 years and so on. Aspiring to get into real estate development, that 110v supply and dual function in compact space has me very interested in putting these into units; if they prove reliable in the long term.
Thank you for the review. We have had ours a couple months. Bought mostly because of the 110 power & having a small space. I really like not having to move wet laundry to a dryer. The hardest thing to do is the maintenance cleaning. We deep clean the upper filter area with brushes & shop vac. Amazon hose/brush set less than $10. That lower filter valve is very difficult to access but needs frequent cleaning often especially if you have pets. We clean the lint catcher each load and it still got quite a bit of loose lint in the slot & on the right side grates where lint isn’t supposed to collect. I may try that high heat resistant tape hack from TH-cam to eliminate some of excess lint collecting where not supposed to. I had a problem with machine starting a load and then shutting off minutes later without showing any error or trace of the load info in the app. It was time for an app update so I assumed the app was just glitching and I turned it on again and it shut off again. This was nearly disastrous because there was a sudden clog in the lower valve. The hair didn’t allow for the valve to be retightened and all the water from both started cycles poured out under machine, refrigerator next to it and under cabinet to the trash can (thankfully our tiny house has a bit of a slope because cabinet couldn’t be moved) but we moved the washer/dryer combo and refrigerator with appliance dolly to dry under them. Thankfully hardwood flooring is fine. Learn from my mistake and don’t ever restart cycle if it stops. We are also going to clean that lower valve trap more often even though it’s a hard and I’m going to try FurZappers to catch pet hair in washer bought on Amazon to control the hair going into filters. It’s a great machine - it just needs more cleaning effort than my old Speed Queen workhorses.
Great looking unit. For bigger families, you could put 2 of them where there used to be a washer & dryer and it'd really save some time. I'm not quite sold on the technology yet. I would love to see a 3 or a 5-year review. For me, it appears there's too much required maintenance compared to a typical washer and dryer and I don't believe they will have the average lifespan of a traditional front loader.
I bought mine shortly after watching your initial review among others. I love it as well. I put liquid laundry sanitizer instead of softener in the dispenser, maybe try that to avoid the low warning every time.
I highly recommend getting a pedestal or making your own. I got one with the drawer and i love not having to bend over to get clothes in and out and makes cleaning the bottom filter easier. Love this machine hand it for 3 months so far

No I haven't. Maybe the machine wobbles a bit more because it's higher up and the pedestal is so light. But have my machine one inch from the wall on one side and it has never hit against it so I think it's fine
@TwoCaptainsOneShip also make sure if you have an installer do it for you that they put in all the screws that connect the feet of the machine to the pedestal. They didn't do that for mine and it clicks a little when spinning

Thanks for the great video. If you dont want to use fabric softner why not just turn off the option. It should be that simple. As for the drum light I think if you press and hold one of the options it will put the drum light on for a few minutes while the unit operates.
Interesting info. I got one (Open box so saved over $1000) and it seems to work great. The only issues I have is it says 'Energy Tracking' and according to GE this is not supported, and the LED light will not come on with the 3 second press for some reason after a software update.
Started 20 years ago in my ventless condo with a small, European-sized combo, which was painful. Them graduated to the large LG combo which is much, much better but still has some deficiencies. This will be a step up to bring back to laundry taking the time it did in my childhood! Thanks GE. And, it's efficient, which is likely better for the environment. I'm woke! 🤪🙃🥴 And, while I love Korea and LG products, I'm very happy to buy an American brand.
Function, Drain All Water: Is there a setting that will drain all existing water in the loop (machine/pump). If this function exists, this will help prepare for freezing temperatures coupled with power outages/transport/storage. Freezing Temperatures: More often, we are seeing freezing temperatures for an extended period of time, coupled with power outages = frozen pipes (and by proxy water filled loops/machines). Winterize: It would be nice to be able to fully winterize this unit prior to the arrival of the arctic fronts we are seeing more of these days. Great review and follow up, very much appreciated.
I've had mine since late June and I like the machine but I do have a major concern with how the lint filter works. I clean my lint filter after every load and I'm a very light user. I get quite a bit of lint on my filter after each use. But here's my problem. I noticed I'm getting a good amount of lint that's making its way to the condenser coil on the upper right corner. Thankfully I can reach my hand in that area because its right there at the front. One of my buddies that has this same machine also reports the same exact issue. He's getting lint on the condenser in the same area as mine. I like my machine but it seems like the more care I'm giving it the more possible gremlins keep coming out. Nothing I can do now because I obviously own it and I can't return it after having it since June. But as much as I enjoy the unit, I don't think I would do it again knowing what I now know. The machine seems like it has several things that are going against it in term of things that can and probably will shorten its life span.
That's the same concern with this type of product that I have. There should never be contamination of the heat pump elements, never ever. That seems to be a deficiency of engineering that will need correction, before the product can be demonstrated as reliable. Over all, this concept is the way to go.
@@shou635 your idea sounds great in a perfect world. In a perfect world people aren't lazy and they don't have any problems with taking care of things. But here on Earth, that certainly isn't the case.
I wanted to let you know that the filter on the bottom of the unit should be able to be drained before you open the filter. I literally just found this out about my Samsung washer. There should be a small hose. You unplug the hose and drain the water into a bowl or dish, and then once it's done draining, you can open the filter. A little water might come out, but it should gush out like you mentioned. Like I said, my Samsung washer has that same filter on the bottom that is supposed to be cleaned once a month. I hope that helps you! Live the video, btw. Wish I had known these were a thing before I had bought my washer and dryer lmfao.
Great video and a little slow at first getting to the point but the information is detailed and exceptional. I just picked one up yesterday based on yours and others reviews (by the way this video was not an actual review, pros/cons) and it is strapped down in the back of my pickup waiting to get it moved to our storage. New house is being built and ready in March so two mores for this heavy beast.
Two month owner here. An 8 year old boy was so excited about my new high tech washer/dryer that he talked his mom into bringing him over so he could see it. Seems he wrote a paper about these machines in class but had never seen one. Anyway....I can't get the fabric softener to work. I have FS in both the Auto and the Manual dispense cups because I didn't think it was working. The amount in the cups has remained the same after multiple washings. I have adjusted the Smart-Dispense Selection from Low to High, turned it off, and turned it on. Nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Is there a plug in the back of the dispense cup that I am supposed to remove or something? I have read the manual over and over.....
We have this combo, and from the start it has made a loud rapping noise during the spin cycle. None of the fixes in the manual to deal with noise work, and with the laundry door closed it sounds like there is a jackhammer in there from the rest of the house. Two different techs have been out to look at it, and (though they have very little experience with this unit) they both agreed that the noise is abnormal. GE Appliances headquarters, however, said that as long as it is washing and drying clothes, they will do nothing about the noise it is making. This was after we sent them a video showing how bad it is. When I called the customer support line to talk about this issue, they promised that a customer care rep would call me back in a few minutes. That was 4 days ago, and still no call. One might expect that they are hoping that whatever is wrong inside the machine won't become a major issue until the warranty runs out. I have registered a complaint with the BBB, which they have accepted and delivered to GE Appliances in Kentucky.
I wonder if whoever installed your machine forgot to take the shipping bolts out. That's a pretty common mistake people make when installing front loaders, and running a machine with the bolts in place will cause it to make a lot of racket.
Ge is no longer Ge! On June 6, 2016, Haier and KKR acquired GE Appliances for $5.6 billion. Under the terms of the sale, Haier would have the right to use the GE brand name until 2056.
My question about this is.. when you dry clothes in a normal dryer, yes you get lint in the trap but so much more going out the vent. Where does the extra lint go? Does it end up inside the dryer?
yeh that slightly damp feeling really threw me for a loop i didn't know you can make it dry by shaking it a bit. Thanks for the info. I like it alot myself, destroyed my shorts because I forgot about the temp option, it was on hot T_T
Those bars for detergent and fabric softener does NOT tell you how much detergent is left. It’s your setting for less, auto, or More detergent. Right now you have it set to 3 bars so its using more
I have an old traditional washer and dryer (15+ years). I have been looking to upgrade to a front loading set when I came across the all-in-one units. I've been doing research regarding these units, and your video was extremely helpful! Thank you so much!! I do have a question, for you or any of your viewers that has experience with this unit. I have a Husky and am worried about the lint trap working properly and catching all the hair. She is a heavy shedder. Can anyone give me any insight? Another question is I use the scent booster beads that I see you also utilize. Do you just put those in the drum with the laundry before starting as you do in regular washers?
One month in from purchasing a GEAll in one machine. Noticing a quite a bit of dripping from the top of the liner on the door , when pulling out dry clothes Anyone else?
Yes, I always leave my door open after doing a load for a day or two. The seal is water tight, so it seals water both ways; between the drum and seal and between the seal and the door. Just running a dry cycle on its own won't dry it.
Thanks for the great review(s). I'm on the verge of buying. Don't know if you can answer this: does unit work with laundry detergent sheets (e.g. Earth Breeze)? Thanks
Thanks for the review. I was wondering about the electricity consumption, I can’t believe how much cheaper it is to run. I live in an area that electricity is 4x the national average. So sounds like it $100 a year, for me. That would be amazing. Now, no gas dryer for me.
Just adding the extra dry option works for me. I also add wrinkle free, because I don't always get to it right away after it's done. This spins everything for hours at a few RPM while everything completely cools.
I had a leak in the bottom of one of my large All Free containers and figured out that there was a baseboard nail head that stuck out just enough to puncture the container. YMMV
Unfortunately, my experience has been bad. Bought the combo 8 months ago and I'm on my 5th technician visit. The major repairs have involved a motherboard replacement due to the machine going dead. Next, the entire heat pump assembly failed. The product is so new the technicians have never seen it or been trained on it. Keep in mind, the 10 year limited warranty only covers the motor. There is only a 1 year warranty on the rest of the parts such as the motherboard and heat pump.
Mine stopped drying after 5 months of use. And yes, it has been well maintained doing all needed cleanings. First tech came out and could not fix it. Now waiting another week for two techs to come out so they can open the unit. Yes, it requires two techs to open it up. Why did GE not send out two techs the first visit!. By the time they fix or replace this thing I will not have a dryer for 3 weeks at this rate. You should either own two of these or none of these things.
had one for a month. it imparts a burnt diesel smell to the clothes during the drying cycle, from the compressor coils.. if your odor sensitive or have allergies, it will make you sick.
The main Problem is the the ventless. If they made it with an actual vent, it would work. It never dries the load completely and it takes foreeever, plus the filter gets cloged alllll the time. There is a reason why this doesn't sell
Granted yes... Ventless is not ideal by any means.... for some people.. it's the only way to go. I live in a condo that was built in 1982... my unit is closed in on all sides by other units. I do NOT have a vent for a dyer.. the previous owner had it just venting into the laundry closet... that is soo bad.. it can easily cause mold. Not to mention, when I used the dryer they left behind, it caused the humidity in the condo to go up almost 20%... the temp go up about 4-5 degrees in the hallway. It's just not safe to have a regular vented dryer in a situation like that. So Ventless is the only way to go. I have a small 4.2 or 4 cu ft ventless dryer and works. It does take twice as long to dry, which is a bummer, but it works.
Just got mine installed today and on the 16” pedestal….its rocking and a rolling and I don’t like it!! Gonna have to figure it out or it’s going back. The pedestal, not the machine….yet…
You said you have not had to refill your fabric softener in 6 months. My detergent and softener has not gone down in 6 months either. I don't think they are being used. So I just started adding the Detergent sheets in the machine with the clothes, just to make sure they are washed with detergent.
Have you had any problems where the drier gets stuck on load sensing and keeps going? I’ve also had it freeze once where I couldn’t unlock the door. Had to unplug the machine and plug it back in to reset it
I wish I had known about the lint issue before i bought this machine. Total lapse on GE's part with the lint filter module. And its sad that people have to apply hacks to keep this machine running. What a Bummer. For those who are new to this machine, this will build up lint inside the machine even though you will do your regular lint and filter cleaning. - My machine just stopped washing and drying one fine day. So i setup a repair call and they first sent fast appliance repair team to fix since GE techs were not available for 2-3 months. - He comes and says the Heat pump is bad and ordered the part and waited for 2 weeks. Then he calls for another person to help him saying its a 2 person job. - On the next visit the second guys uses flashlight and find that there is a lot of lint build up which as a customer there is no way to fully clean. And i use to clean it before every use. So they said fast appliance repair team is not trained on this unit to do the repairs and I need to contact GE to get a GE tech to repair. So waiting again. - What i don't understand is how is a customer suppose to clean this unit effectively when its a design fault and crappy product to begin with that leaks the lint into their machine. I don't think GE is admitting and taking the ownership of this issue and trying to help the customers who jumped on this product. - So something to consider before you BUY this machine.
Unit causes serious hammer when cycles start up. This will eventually break the fittings on you pipes and may causes a leak or flood. GE is no help at all and will refer to a third party vendor who are unfamiliar with this product because it is so new to the market. Also be aware that the spin cycles will cause the unit to shake badly if there is a large load like towels. The unit also does not discharge all the bleach if you add to a specific cycle. This leaves bleach in the dispenser so if your doing colors after whites keep your fingers crossed that your colored cloths do not get bleach dispensed on the load.
Mine arrived Broken!!!! Never used it once. Code reads "Door not Closed". GE has attempted 2 repairs allready and now report parts are unavailable. Customer service very poor and unhelpful. AVOID!!!!!!!! Their solution is to offer me money for the Laundromat with no timeline for repair.
Hi, I am totally blind so would not be able to use the touch screen on the unit. However, if I can control it completely with my phone, I would be able to do that. Can you tell me if the app allows complete control of all features and cycles? Would I be able to start or stop the machine with the app?
You should be able to use your phone, but also you can operate all most of the functions as a lot of the buttons are not on a screen but you would need to add tactile bumps or braille labels
I hate how water always drips when you open the door after the dry cycle. Also, I hate how wash clothes cling to the side and get stiff on the dry cycle.
Same error 353. Tech came over and found a few errors. Ordered every board available to Hopefully fix its issue of not drying correctly. Filter cartridge drips water when removed. Clothes are wetter than normal. Its louder than normal. Tech said most codes referred to an overheating inverter. We've ran around 900 cycles since June while it was running perfectly.
Mine has been shaking violently on spin cycle, I've tried everything. I've had two different technicians come look at it and tell me there's nothing wrong... So now I'm fighting with GE. It's still under warranty so it should not shake my whole house
No, they ran it in like the diagnostic mode with an empty load, since the diagnostic had no error code they just threw their hands up. Here for less than 20 minutes. Very frustrating
Anyone here having a hard time cleaning the excess lint inside the machine? When I pull the lint trap out and look in with a flash light I find that there is lint build up on the coils and on the area where the lint first comes into that chamber.
th-cam.com/video/ipeBsqiKWsg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=tXVZgg5kyjtYPIs1 Here's an easy filter mod you can do, and also look for an attachment for your vacuum so you can clean out the inner housing so you can start fresh once you've done the filter mod!
My wife and I were considering a heat pump combo unit. Anyone able to say if the spin cycle is harsher or softer than a typical front loader? Looking to place it on the 2nd floor of a 100 year old home, and never felt comfortable with a front loader pair shaking so close to the roof and older joists that would be very loud.
First time viewer. I'm in the market for a new washer. I currently have GE Profile, 14 yrs old and leaking horribly. The machine in vid, AMAZING. Can it wash a king-sized comforter? (Hope so) Hoping to afford to buy in future.😊
300+ pounds.... what happens if the machines ever needs repair? do they have to send two guys out during the service call? just wondering... thanks! :)
I have had the machine for a couple months and the lint filter is so bad, if you look down the lint opening and there is lint stuck in the back and on the heat pump grill.
I'm assuming it's a feature not a bug. If they can't sell you a new washer or condenser every 5 or so years they'll never make any more money off you. Thankfully it's not too hard to get an adapter for your vacuum. I'll dust mine with a soft duster then vacuum once a week
Yes, you can pause the load. I've only done it before it filled with water, so I don't know if there's a limit to that. But, I know you can completely kill the load if you have to by pausing it then using the power button.
Have this machine also, it is absolutely amazing. By the way you can manually turn the light in the machine on using the wrinkle guard button I believe hold it down for 3 seconds.

You can manually drain it from that little bottom door.
@@Chris-ho5zb Thank you for this, this is helpful. New weather patterns presenting new problems.
Just get a long brush and can wipe off the condenser. Not the end of the world. GE sells them for this purpose.
@@shou635 your idea sounds great in a perfect world. In a perfect world people aren't lazy and they don't have any problems with taking care of things. But here on Earth, that certainly isn't the case.
@@shou635 where do they sell a brush for this machine. I have a generic brush but it can't get the lint out. I'd appreciate a link
We just bought this, we also only use cold water using an O3 to clean with.
We don't use fabric softener, so we just filled the fabric softener dispenser with water. Now we don't get a reminder to add fabric softener. :)
Just turn off the fabric switch on your app
I love this machine and even more so with the 7 inch tall pedestal. It is so worth it even without a drawer.
I’m sorry you’re having issues. My first thought was the drum locks but it wouldn’t spin if they were still installed.
@@time1800 So what? Haier is a good brand name also. Your post adds no value to this comment!
It does sound like the shipping locks were left in. Check the manual for removal instructions. see if that helps.
My question about this is.. when you dry clothes in a normal dryer, yes you get lint in the trap but so much more going out the vent. Where does the extra lint go? Does it end up inside the dryer?
I bought one as well and really like it so far.
yeh that slightly damp feeling really threw me for a loop i didn't know you can make it dry by shaking it a bit. Thanks for the info. I like it alot myself, destroyed my shorts because I forgot about the temp option, it was on hot T_T
you can turn off the fabric softener to where it wont bug you about it
Hey I would build sturdy platform.
LG just released their version. I would go with GE model after reviewing both.
Nice tutorial
Read my review, save your money!
One month in from purchasing a GEAll in one machine. Noticing a quite a bit of dripping from the top of the liner on the door , when pulling out dry clothes
Anyone else?
Yes, I always leave my door open after doing a load for a day or two. The seal is water tight, so it seals water both ways; between the drum and seal and between the seal and the door. Just running a dry cycle on its own won't dry it.
If it breaks down you can’t wash that’s the bad part! If I have them separate and the dryer breaks down at least I can wash
Buy a warranty if you're concerned
Maybe you can try putting water in the fabric softener dispenser to avoid the warning? Or a laundry rinse like Odoban.
Thanks for the great review(s). I'm on the verge of buying. Don't know if you can answer this: does unit work with laundry detergent sheets (e.g. Earth Breeze)? Thanks
It most certainly does….
Thanks for the review. I was wondering about the electricity consumption, I can’t believe how much cheaper it is to run.
I live in an area that electricity is 4x the national average. So sounds like it $100 a year, for me. That would be amazing.
Now, no gas dryer for me.
I've never have luck with the sensor dry. I just use the time dry at 2 hours. Works every time
Just adding the extra dry option works for me.
@geappliances
@@Bakeman3000 oh lord
@@Nenad-ICXC-Shuput-GFAMMA yeah lol. I was at a lost of words when I heard the place didn't have a vent... Like wtf

Just got mine installed today and on the 16” pedestal….its rocking and a rolling and I don’t like it!! Gonna have to figure it out or it’s going back. The pedestal, not the machine….yet…
If you don't use softener, couldn't you just fill the reservoir with water to turn the light off?
I'm curious. we like the smell good laundry beads. How could we use those? Not sure if thats possible or not
Great question. I use them all the time with no issues. I actually just ran out so thank you for reminding me to buy more haha
Is there a function to place the dryer on high? 13:56 14:00 how do I do that? 14:31 14:33
You said you have not had to refill your fabric softener in 6 months. My detergent and softener has not gone down in 6 months either. I don't think they are being used. So I just started adding the Detergent sheets in the machine with the clothes, just to make sure they are washed with detergent.
Mine shakes like crazy. Smaller items like socks gets stuck in the blue and don't fully dry
Check shipping bolts
@@danyala.1659 They make Mini mesh bags to put smaller items in.
What happens if you just fill the fabric softener dispenser with just water? I don't use softener either and I was thinking that it what I would do.
I use liquid laundry sanitizer in my dispenser, it works great.
Have you had any problems where the drier gets stuck on load sensing and keeps going? I’ve also had it freeze once where I couldn’t unlock the door. Had to unplug the machine and plug it back in to reset it
I just had this happen. And alot of moisture near the handle of the lint trap on the inside. You?
I used for almost year and not problem but yesterday after towels cicle . Have error 18 and said some clogger drain filter I open but not fine much
Wish it was available in Canada.
Canadian appliance source does carry this machine
This has been called the Tesla of washer/dryers. Have there been software updates and what changes have the updates made?
Everything still good with this unit? I’m looking to purchase one
I'm curious how it's going to be in another year, I heard it may have a problem with lint.
Ron Popeil..."Set it and forget it"😉
Is there a function to place the dryer on high?
i wish they would stand behind the machine and put a real warranty on it.
My first time to used from cero to finish
HELP!! got the new matching today and I dont trust the pedestal…it’s rocking and a rolling!
Hello Matt, are you getting any Lint Buildup on the Coil or to the Left of the Filter housing?
Great Video. Can you soak Whites in this machine with Oxy-Powder?
They have a higher drawer like pedestal now.
How do you scan your detergent in the app like you said?
That's amazing, I love it ❤
Great video Matt!
I hate how water always drips when you open the door after the dry cycle.
Also, I hate how wash clothes cling to the side and get stiff on the dry cycle.
I have to get mying to be serviced tomorrow its coming up an error 353 and ive been having so many problems
What happened with your unit?
Same error 353. Tech came over and found a few errors. Ordered every board available to Hopefully fix its issue of not drying correctly. Filter cartridge drips water when removed. Clothes are wetter than normal. Its louder than normal. Tech said most codes referred to an overheating inverter. We've ran around 900 cycles since June while it was running perfectly.
Mine has been shaking violently on spin cycle, I've tried everything. I've had two different technicians come look at it and tell me there's nothing wrong... So now I'm fighting with GE. It's still under warranty so it should not shake my whole house
@@rdkrussel yeah that’s not normal. Did they run a cycle and see the shaking?
No, they ran it in like the diagnostic mode with an empty load, since the diagnostic had no error code they just threw their hands up. Here for less than 20 minutes. Very frustrating
Can you use detergent pods instead of liquid. I still have a lot of pods leftover and I’m getting my washer/dryer delivered today!
Yeah you can. Just disable to auto detergent.
what about the heat pump coil getting clogged with lint.
The lint filter is before the heat pump to not have that happening.
Use electrical tape or silicone to fix the issue.
Anyone here having a hard time cleaning the excess lint inside the machine? When I pull the lint trap out and look in with a flash light I find that there is lint build up on the coils and on the area where the lint first comes into that chamber.

Here's an easy filter mod you can do, and also look for an attachment for your vacuum so you can clean out the inner housing so you can start fresh once you've done the filter mod!
Also 7in pedestal
My wife and I were considering a heat pump combo unit.
Anyone able to say if the spin cycle is harsher or softer than a typical front loader?
Looking to place it on the 2nd floor of a 100 year old home, and never felt comfortable with a front loader pair shaking so close to the roof and older joists that would be very loud.
I have another video of a full wash and dry cycle.
First time viewer. I'm in the market for a new washer. I currently have GE Profile, 14 yrs old and leaking horribly.
The machine in vid, AMAZING. Can it wash a king-sized comforter? (Hope so)
Hoping to afford to buy in future.😊
I wash our king quilts and comforters. I do an extra dry only on certain oversized quilts because it doesn’t dry all the way.
It’s hard to get the lint off the fins inside

How can I put in automatic all I I need some ting to show me how to used thanks
Can the detergent pods be used in it ? I bought one for my new home and we just moved in and haven’t used it yet.
I had pods but had to disolve them before becaise they weren't dissolving in the tub. Switched to liquid detergent.
300+ pounds.... what happens if the machines ever needs repair? do they have to send two guys out during the service call? just wondering... thanks! :)
@@S_Paoli if it requires moving then yeah two people will definitely be required. Things heavy haha
Is this a review or Infomercial? Nothing about the maintenance or lint cleaning concerns?
Where do you use the beads. I see you have the gain ones.

I use the tide pods - how/where would i use them with this machine?
You just put them in the drum when you add clothes. If you want to avoid the nag warning about low detergent, just fill that with water.
Pedestal is 7 inches
Can you add any clothing after you start as a feature in some new units?
Yes, you can pause the load. I've only done it before it filled with water, so I don't know if there's a limit to that. But, I know you can completely kill the load if you have to by pausing it then using the power button.
Great video
