“Paul, that’s a decent one” BANG! Your dad’s face when he looked back at you says it all! It was a look of “can you believe that just happened?” Moose hunts like those are the best kinds of moose hunts, how lucky both of you are to be able to experience that together!
Hi Paul, Awesome Moose...Congratulations to both you and Dad. In your video's I see glimpses of your camp and would love to see a walk through video of it, the history, some of your fond memories there, the basics of what you do for water, power, lights and plumbing. Camps are a special place that are filled with adventure and memories that so many people have little understanding of what it brings to your life.
Great meeting you that morning on the road out. Had no idea it was you guys. Congrats again! We ended up finally pulling the trigger a beautiful one on Thursday.
Congratulations Mark and Paul. My buddy and I have shot two nice bulls in NH. The first one took 12 hrs to cut up and pack out even with the help of a couple of 4 wheelers. The second took 15 Hours to pack out with just a deer cart that time. To drop a nice bull like that on the side of the road is a dream come true. Keep the great videos coming!
I’m glad your dad got that moose, good for him to get to enjoy that in his home state at his age. Congratulations guys that’s a good moose any day of the week.
Definitely nothing wrong with that bull! I judge based off paddles not off “. Sure a 50” with paddles is awesome, but 40 is a hell of a moose! Congrats
Wow!! So happy for your dad that is a really great moose! Fantastic 843 is no joke and those paddles were no joke either. Excellent moose! I just got back from camp bird hunting it was amazing, tons of birds! Look forward to seeing more vids as usual! Hope all is well Paul.
congratulations! wicked nice bull! nice he didn 't go very far got wicked lucky never happens like that specially up here in Maine the past few years? what zone are you guys hunting in?
Congratulations on the beautiful bull! Grew up hunting with my father and now he's getting older, he doesn't get out as much as he used to, so most days I'm solo. Love watching you guys get out together. Looking forward to teaching my boys how to hunt! Keep up the great work men!
That was great. So happy for you Mark and Paul. I would have done the same. A nice moose in the road with no packing? It doesn’t get any better. Or easier! lol. Can’t wait for deer season vids. Thanks for filming Paul, even though you almost missed it. 😂

Congratulations you guys in main . Great looking bull and lot of meat. Hunting just started open in Pennsylvania. Had deer hunt 2012 go that way took a nice pa doe just walk into Puplic-Land not even 30min on the last day .
Congratulations on a beautiful bull, you couldn’t ask for a better opportunity for sure. I’ve been putting in for the Nova Scotia moose hunt for 32 years, still haven’t been picked. Lol. Congrats again
Congratulations Mark!! Hard pressed to pass that big bodied bull up. I get all the prep and anticipation for the week, and it just happens like that. Heart skipped a beat I bet when he got legs again... You have a great memory and meat in the freezer. Congrats again.
From a guy who shot a similar bull a few years ago on Friday of the season, CONGRATULATIONS!! As with you I had one of my sons with me as sub-permittee, I shot but forgot to tell him we'd take him. I appreciate the father/son dynamic of your videos.
Seems like you have a wonderful relationship with your father. My dad took the time to take me and now I take my son. I hope we have as good of a relationship as you seem to have with your father down the road. Great hunt fellas, beautiful bull.

Awesome guys great job Mark and Paul when mark takes off idk if you can keep up with that ol boy 😂but hey if I ever won a moose permit that's how I'd want it done in 15 mins
You got to try out your new pants by riding in the tactical assault truck. You can't ask for a better situation on getting a moose out of the woods. Nice bull and congratulations. The days of massive bulls are long gone, my Dad's first moose was shot way back in the woods about a 3/4 mile pack out and the only weight he got was from the primal cuts that weighted in at 1,200# without the head and hide.
Thanks! Could't have worked out ay better! You're right, definitely can't be as choosy nowadays unless one absolutely cares only about a trophy. Wow that's a big moose!!!
@@MaineOutdoorEnthusiast Yeah the massive, bodied bulls tend to have age on them and the beams on the paddles are huge, but they lose the nice Alaskan type webs due to tooth decay and nutrients loss during the velvet growth, so your better off with a 800# bull for antlers in Maine and the likelihood of an old bull are very rare.
