In this video I just wanted to focus on how important business skills are if you want to really grow a large following or make a lot of money as an artist, but I am more than happy to do other videos expanding on these points :)

I must say. I have followed you from the beginning and your channel has grown really well from these couple of years. You have so many really useful videos and I find I constantly come back here and share some of your really informative tutorials / tip&trick videos to my fellow artist friends who are having some art problems. It is so much easier to show a video than trying to explain things by writing. Your channel is a goldmine of information. Do you feel we all need a You Tube channel? I do want to learn more about how to monetize my art, besides sell my prints. The kitten painting is adorable and beautiful. I love the embellished splats and drips effect.

Awesome! i just have a little question: i am drawing a portrait using my Caran d'Ache aquarelle color pencils.. and I want to know that if I use water on it (since they are aquarelle pencils) does it give the same effect when you use solvent for ordinary color pencils? thanks ❤️

As a hobby artist I really enjoy your content but please don't let your channel become just a commercial for a other courses or advertisers, as I have seen with other youtubers. Keep up the good work :)
Hi im also a artist like you but im still a beginner artist.. can u recommend me what color pencil should i use for realistic drawing. A color pencil that is not expensive ..its something like cheap color pencil but its also good for portrait drawing...
So I've seen plenty of artists share the marketing aspect of business in relation to art and you've done a splendid job if that, but I never really hear any "popular" artists discuss the legal business aspects and taxes. Yes marketing and having a business strategy are important but do you have a business license for all these products you create and then sell? What forms would I have to fill out to identify that art is my career? Is there a certain amount I am able to earn before I Have to identify as a business? Can I get in trouble for making money through art related merchandise/products with the IRS if I don't identity as a business? These are all questions I ask myself and wonder for future creators because I rarely see any important information in regards to these questions. I personally hope to find the answers myself once I'm back stateside and share what I can cause these are all important to artistic career that kind of just simmer way down low as far as art topics. Anyways I'm still going to add this to my Art Business Tips Playlist cause it's important

Okay so I give up. I've searched everywhere for a solvent/pencil blend type of thing in Sweden but I don't find anything. Do you have any ideas? I could order from Amazon but the shipping is sooo expensive.
S Holm Hello, I think you should try baby oil. There are many videos on TH-cam. Also please try it first on a scrap piece of paper to make sure you don’t destroy you art. Good luck!
