2005 dodge cummins fuel return test

how to test a cummins fuel return test the max amount is 1/5 of a quart in a minute this one is a quart per minute too much bypassing .its got a fuel supply tube issue.use only genuine bosch fuel supply tubes when replacing injectors ...we will cap off each injector at a time and try to see if its a faulty fuel injector but there new factory dodge injectors ..
