I assume you just have bad builds/underleveled agents. Even at the start with S11/Koleda/Lucy and not so good S rank disk substats I would get half of that time even when not playing very well.

S11, M1, core F, all skills 11 except ult 12, steel cushion R2, ideal 1:2 crit rate crit damage ratio (something like 75:150), fire damage disc Lucy, M6, provides maxed 600 atk buff. ofc all agents and wengines level 60. rotation: I stun super quickly with Koleda, buff with Lucy's chain attack, and then wail at it with S11, timing her ult at the end of the stun window (special buff in current shiyu) what am I missing here
@@holleey I got second part 8:43 - 5:46 with Soldier 11, Koleda lucy now. The golden week engine, koleda with the hotpot and lucy using her sig. First day playing on mobile and messed up at the end using Koleda's ult. My crit rate/dmg are worse than yours, I assume you are having you are having trouble in killing the first wave quickly. Won't be able to try properly for a week since I can't use my PC right now, if lucky I can try to see a proper time in the last day of this shiyu rotation. Ouside S11 the disks aren't even 15 just stuff like impact on 6.(S11 is m1 but if you have the timing right its mostly just the energy for more EX) On PC my Piper Caesar Lucy got 0:54 on second half so I assume I could get a way better time with S11 as well.

Changing caesar with nicole didint impact the time that much,huh? a 2 second difference.Probably cause your billy is absolutely cracked,but i do see that you change 2pc and and 4 pc sets sometimes to suit the stage better,that would be too much work for me ngl,but it definetally helps

I went from getting a solid B-rank clear to nearly getting an S-rank clear just by reading the agents' skills and then using appropriate rotations and not just trying to brute force as usual😅. Thanks to that frontier, i realised just how quickly my anomaly agents can proc disorder - it's weird how i didn't notice before - 15th floor Pompey made my agents start actually paying attention 😅😅.

your billy would be stronger with rotary cannon even w/o the extra base atk brimstone gives especially with rotary cannons crit rate substat do the math and you'll see at overclcok 5 ofc
@@flaminski re think your logic brimstone provides less crit rate (cr)correct? 0:54 your billy has 53% cr you gain 22% more with rotary cannon + the 200% atk bonus every 6 seconds with crit hit (ch) (assuming o5), this means 75% cr causing more dmg over a long time now ofc in your use case you need bursts of dmg not longer gains. even then rotary cannon will still provide higher damage if, IF you replace your entire disc drive setup with better crit dmg (cd) rolls, not only that, you can substitute the lack of cr with the rotary cannon so you can focus more on cd no matter how high brimstones substat boosts your atk even with its bonus as in every dodge counter basic atk dash atk you gain 3.5% atk stacking 8 times you still get diminishing returns from it. Remember what i said? high bursts of dmg with rotary cannon every 6s! you get 200% atk bonus on ch and if we look at your clear time 35s! that means 6/12/18/24 seconds in you will already have achieved a higher dmg gain decreasing your clear time by maybe 5 or 7 seconds depending on how high the cd you get.
