The house is nice but I'm not crazy about the entire first floor is marble which gives the house a "museum-like" feel instead of feeling like a home. Love the large spaces within the house and the size of the lot. Just needs to be more hardwood and carpet mix and less marble.

This estate is wonderful! Asking $25M is greed though. $14 - $15M is much more reasonable because you know the old saying about how much a house is worth....what you are willing to pay and what they are willing to accept!
