This home is so beautiful. I love the rooms and natural lighting it provides. The views and outside pool is immaculate. I love the whites in the house, it surprisingly doesn’t make it look bland/boring. Nice one!

If I have 22 million dollars to spend on a house, I'm going to need more than a 2 car garage. I'll probably need more like a 50 car garage.
I would be embarrassed to tell my friends and family that I spent $22 million dollars on a house and it only fits 2 cars in the garage. And there's no extra room on the property to add more garage space.
Very strange layout. The locale is great, but this house needs dramatic remodeling.
Completely agree....was not impressed with the elements of this house (other than the location)....especially for that price tag.
This one is just perfect. Incredible views and not too big that it gets these sterile museum vibes these expensive homes often have.

People don’t realize this is what you pay to live in a beachfront property in Delray Beach, other beachfront listings are 25mm all the way up to 44.9mm in the same area 🤷🏻♂️

0:50 Btw on the right side you can see the new building, which is shown in Google Maps as an empty property until the current year 2021. Probably still in the process of moving or renovating the interior because there are boxes in the parking lot in front of the garage. Nice and thanks to Jason and the drone photography!

I like that they kept the walk down (even at the beginning near the house where nobody can tell you what to do) to the beach - wild... Not overly manicured or contrived.
I always feel when residential construction is respectful of it's surroundings like this - it lends a sense of legacy; as though this home *wants* to be there and will attract a like-minded owner... Elegance. Permanence... Reads like genuine pleasure is taken in the responsibility for stewardship of - this - particular spot on God's green earth. Lovely. This video made me happy. :) Thank you.

Nice Delray Beach mansion with a great location on the beach.
A great location. Perfect size house to be cozy home and is not a mansion embassy. One huge draw back is the a tiny 2 cars garage. For a $21 million dollars home, it should be 4 cars garage.

The mansion looks worth every penny and then some. I love the warm tones in the toilets and bathrooms. I would be tempted to click on the BUY BUTTON, but there's a BIG If with me at the moment in terms of finances 😬

The quality of fixtures and fittings in a home of this calibre are way below what I would expect. This has been developed on a strict budget and it shows. To bring this property up to the standard required would be pushing a million USD.

Hi Jason. This is a lovely home. I am missing an outdoor kitchen. I just wish it had more green space. I do like never having to cut grass tho. Don't know how that would work with dogs. I read other comments. And I do agree with some. But for the most part. I feel the home is really nice. Beach access is a key point. Have a bless day.

Im a homebuilder real estate developer and beachfront property can't be replicated. The price of the home is ridiculous as the home is small and the finishes are not nearly the calibre of a home you'd expect in this price range.. Even a home half this price range. I've seen you show homes that are water front not beach front in the 5-6 million dollar range with VERY much nicer finishes.. I believe this is a owner dreaming and seeing if he can get lucky and find some gullible rich guy. IMO, the lot alone could command millions and the design / construction of the home I can't see being more then 3-4 million ? I believe i'm being generous with my guesstimate construction cost? Maybe the seller will hit the lottery ? If they ever get even close to the asking price I hope its a cash deal because I could see appraisal's being a major issue.

You obviously haven’t looked at real estate in the area. Not far from this place there are two lots for sale at $30 million each and there are plenty of houses listings way over what they’re asking for this one. Highest listing I could find was $47 million, there’s a huge concentration of wealth along the coast from Jupiter to Miami.
@@michaelmaas5544 First, I stated below that the lot would command millions.. The question is how many millions? Just because a lot or lots are for sale at a certain price doesn’t mean they will sell for the asking price. Many things factored when looking at a lot. For instance Size, Front, rear and side building lines. Are there any Height requirements? Elevation of the site, Restrictions, Easements, impervious coverage comes to mind. Many items to factor when purchasing a lot. I don’t build in Florida but I do build high end custom homes. But, I do know builders in Florida and construction costs are much cheaper in the south. Anyway, when you state there are other lots selling for $30,000,000. The first question i have how long has it been listed? Secondly, how many times has it been listed? Are there comps in the area that support 30,000,000.? If so, are the comps good comparable’s? Ocean front property can not be replicated and I do understand the millions of dollars these lots command. The question is how many millions.? Personally, if I’m spending ten plus million on a lot I’d prefer there be no house as the house is a liability to me. Anyhow, I’m not trying to ruffle any feathers but I stand by my original opinion. The fact is a lot or a house on the lot is only worth what someone will pay for it.. Best Wishes!
@@drewr7028 Hey Drew I didn’t mean to come off as offensive at all, if I did I apologize. I’m a high end builder in Northern Michigan, my son recently moved to Del Ray Beach and upon my first visit I was astonished at the home prices in the area myself. I didn’t do a lot of research on the $30 mil lots I was just quickly looking at some local properties. In doing so I found that selling prices of $3000-4000 a sf wasn’t uncommon at all. Not sure about where you are but in my area that is just completely unheard of, their low end property is past the high end here, I know all about location, location but damn!
I personally think they are way overpriced but they are selling at those prices fairly quickly from my understanding, I think we both probably agree the bottom will fall out soon enough and they’ll be stuck upside down in their investments. Everything is only worth what someone is willing to pay and I agree they are paying way too much!

Let's be honest this house on the intracoastal would fetch 5 to 7 million. If it was on a golf course it would fetch maybe 4 million. There is a lot of wasted space in the home. Not impressive.
Hard Pass. NO WAY this is worth that type of coin. The furniture and layout is terrible. You can do WAY better for 22M.

This house is wayyyyy overpriced. It's stunning and beautiful and has exquisite finishes but that is absolutely too much even in this hot market. Especially for that part of Florida
Are you kidding me? 10mil tops! The design is harmfully insulting. The owner didn't do themselves any justice with the decor. There isn't nearly enough amenities to justify the cost. Completely underwhelming! 🙁
That house looks like it's located in a remote area with no one around. Ghost town. I wouldn't pay more than 3 mil for this house.

Nice home but it's definitely not worth all that money even though it's by the beach. I wish you would change the way you edit your videos. It's very confusing with the way you set up your videos.

@@JasonMatouk Maybe the editing is way too ahead of itself and the timing is off between when they show you with background and just the background without you in it. I'm not sure if that made sense.
Jason always gets to tour some really nice houses in Florida, but they all look the same. Almost every house he tours is plain white on the outside with the same styled structure design.
