Nice to see you again! Girls make great welders- look at Andy Hourigan’s daughters from Farming Fixing and Fabricating, they make silage boxes with their dad and do a fantastic job!
Thanks. Yes hate to say it but girls pay attention abit more and seem to pickup on things really fast. Just finding anyone thats interested in this stuff is the biggest battle.
Good to hear from you again, i kept checking your channel for new videos. That is a mighty hay tedder you got. Some of our best help have been women also, just like you said they are wiling to learn, not tell you "when we did that we did it this way" . Hopefully this rain stops long enough to get some work done, but the forecast doesn't look too good right now. Have a great summer.
Thanks Sheldon. I wish I could remember to try to do more vids we enjoy doing them but never seem to find the time. I know what you mean by the help. Its nice when you have a fresh body that you can show how you like things done and they dont know any different. If you came down to help me youd be like " how the heck does he run like this" hahaha but someone that doesnt know doesnt care and is happy no matter what hahahahaha. weird way to look at it but seems to work better for me lol. You have a good summer keeping that driveway fixed 😂
I'm glad to see that you are doing well and got help. Keeping help working is a big challenge. I spend more time getting things ready for my son to do than for myself. Good Luck, Rick
@@massey375 Another person to keep an eye on you makes you safer too. I collapsed 2 months ago from a bleeding ulcer. If my son hadn't been there and called 911, I probably would have bled out. Good Luck, Rick
You've been busy!! We used Ag-Bags years ago, worked well. Usually a rodent or bird would poke a hole in one.. instant spoil! Cats can poke holes too..
Thanks. Yes its been busy here. The bales i'll have alittle issue but the agbags of corn are awful for turkeys. The wild turkeys destroy everything around here
@@massey375 after having new bags with pinholes.. and an exceptionally hot dry spring, we quit haylage.. now the bags are used as vapor barrier under the bales. Double layer and easy to handle 👍
Drove past your place getting a wrapper, cool spot!
