I can totally relate to Shelleys experience of loosing a parent and the feeling of..... did they ever really exist ..?
They didn't, any more than any other "person" does. They are not in presence, only thought-objects that are there to serve as "reminders" for a history that the mind reinforces with memories (thoughts) to create belief (more thoughts) that perpetuates the story (more thoughts). The past does not exist, it's a collective and individual delusion.
When people ask me "Are you depressed?" Or they try to say I am depressed, I go "Nah, depression is waaa I want to be happy but I just can't, no matter how hard I try!!! I don't chase happiness, cause chasing happiness only leads to misery. Although it got me thinking, enlightenment is kind of just depression without bein depressed....lol."
My suggestion for a topic to talk about. No longer being able to differentiate the inner world and outer world. That sense is no longer there.
What do uou feel instead?
Inner world and outer world? Do you mean internally as in inside the body and mind, and the external world that is so called earth? Or do you mean the earth is the inner world, and space is the outer world lol.

Hearing just this can turn into a mantra, another concept, a coping mechanism. Whatever is, is that which cannot be known and lacking nothing. Remember your training lol
It’s so funny that Suzanna doesn’t really say or do anything. Just stays centered in nothingness and just by doing that people feel better.
or perhaps "mechanisticly" they feel validated and approved of by Suzanne which makes them feel "better" about themselves for awhile . . ..
@@garyisaacs6526 I’m sure everyone has their own unique reaction to their encounters with a being of nothingness. Eventually the encounter becomes nothing but data. That data will update their system and inch them closer to realization.
@@garyisaacs6526 or maybe the nothingness in them recognizes the nothingness in Suzanne. And nothingness is so beautiful that when it sees itself, it smiles.

Heart is pounding she says....I ask this, what's the difference between the heart simply beating and it pounding...it's the same action. You can beat someone up, and you can pound someone lol. Same thing. We say our heart is pounding but that's nothing out of the norm, it's always pounding, it's pumping blood. If it wasn't pounding away, you would be motionless on the floor lol.

Is no body. Does a character in a book have a body? Nah, just an idea. Can't have a story play out, if there is no characters interacting and such then there is no story.
What is the significance of a pounding heart,? Also, in not understanding anything. When you say it didnt happen, can you explain? I have been grieving the death of my dog and feel delusional when I start thinking, was she even ever with me? Are you telling me my dog didnt exist or that there wasnt a time when we were together? How can I clearly see?
Everything is - and is not significant. The dog may have disappeared, loving, allowing thoughts about her will also appear and maybe fall away some time. When You close your eyes the world disappears. It seems to be a mysterious lightshow. You can question everything, but you dont't have to ! :)
The nice thing is the realest part of her is still with you 🌈
The love you have for her is real and continues even after she left her furry form ❤️🩹

You are a character in a dream, you are imaginary. Carry this fact to it's logical conclusion. Imaginary characters do not grow or learn, and they definitely cannot awaken. Nothing has ever happened to a unicorn or to you, because nothing real can happen in a dream. There is no enlightenment because no one has ever existed to be enlightened. Every spiritual master tells us..
The Individual identity does not exist!!! There has never been a person on planet earth.
Enlightened could be described as simply accepting the most difficult truth if all, there is no one to be enlightened.
Enlightened is realizing the planet is populated with a single arising presence in billions of mind/bodies, but there is no one here...
Enlightenment is simply truth realized. No self. Nothingness not playing an egoic character or role.
It seems to me that Celina has spent way too much time in thought. Just be still and experience what is in the moment. You can’t use concepts to find your way out of them.
This tendency only happened (or appeared to) the only way it could have. Who knows how it will unfold from here? Always a mystery. Life itself doesn’t say too much 🙂

2:02 i just felt done. Mine was suicide. I became so close by recognizing choices I was making that would be abhorrent to a general stable sense of mind and reality. Then by stepping back in a manner of speaking I didn't engage. Attention fully focused on presence void if thought and bam. I instantly recognized ny presence anew. The door to the kingdom of heaven within is revealed. The understanding of everything lays through that door of self. Self inquiry took, is taking its course by dying more closely to each lived illusion. Seeing thought and knowing one operates within it at the same time is by definition mindfulness. When cognized as a state of consciousness repeatedly we embolden, buttress, make real the merging of the ego into the self. The perspective of God/Allah evolves individually at all levels as well as collectively in the material world expressed through society and our governance. Some (the GOP) want to profit off your health. They are responsible through corporate interests of abuses against humanity.
