So long as sexual energy is not used defensively, it’s the best primal energy for transformation, awareness, and enjoyment, It’s the mental conflict that causes the pain. It’s the mass ego manipulation of sexual energy that causes pain and left behind feelings. Sexual energy is also the communal joy, liberation of a collective acceptance and forgiveness, we need others so badly because community psyche is broken, leaving people on their own, making simple things so complicated.
Isn’t it a big relief to know that we can’t be holier than we are? Instead of overthinking and analyzing everything until we end up feeling this vast emptiness and loneliness, I have a suggestion: Live fully, enjoy your feelings and longings, be open and warm to people, reach out to them, and be who you are: an ordinary human like we all are!
Emptiness may be but loneliness ? Yes I feel empty but it’s full of something rather than nothing but not an object that you can point to. Rather than empty or lonely I’d describe it mellow that’s how it feels more than anything it’s a process so you can’t really pin it down neither like a human or holy and I think that’s where the beauty is because it’s shapeless.
When we are awake, there are many paths to go. Some stay in their own presence. Others need time, alone time and observation (detaching) and then others go back into life. And not observing themselves as separate entities and just live in the now and not past. I am somehow there where this woman is in the video, and at the same time I know it's time to include myself into life outside of my own walls again. And staying truthful to myself and also others. Not saying yes when it's no. Not saying no when it's yes 😃 let go of the shame and timeout and step into awareness now and not past memories after you did and now know yourself 🩷

I resonate with everything you’re saying. I’m at peace with how and what reality is, but I still find myself wanting to drink and smoke. The mind is telling a story that I shouldn’t try to destroy the perception of experiancing a healthy life. That’s where this concentration of consciousness/energy is at.
I’m in the process. Energies and longings and fears fallen away. I feel very still and simple. It’s a kind of being that I recognise form a very long time ago ( I had it as a child sometimes).
Sometimes coming back hard the fears and longings. I guess I have see when I free of them again. There is not much what I can do about it. Just surrender and be thankful that I came so far. “What had brought you here let it bring further” ~ Rumi 🙏🏻

How many times do I need to hear that before it sinks in.
Convincing yourself you have no control will do nothing. Actually it will do somethnig - keep you moving in loops. To have control is to see the whole loop, not to be in it and try to defy it.
The only game changer for consciousness, is consciousness, which means it's all about knowledge. You need to step above the loop by integrating all you've learned through it, by paying attention to it, and that will turn into the knowledge that will bring you to a new phase. Don't try to anticipate what you should be doing or what should be happening, just pay attention, there's so much to uncover there.
This found me at exactly the right time in my life.
I'm tired of this feeling of separation and ready to be back home. Earth is a difficult experience, especially when you incarnate here multiple times. The pain and suffering needs to come to an end, and a shift is necessary.
Embracing emptiness, non-being entering into no-gap. The way unfolds.
Your videos give me hope that I will one day be able to disarm my judgement reflex and just take in the world as it is without discerning anything. Simply speaking how you do demonstrates that that level of insight is attainable.
Relax the body, relax all the tension.
Allow feelings & thoughts to come and go like the breath, neither rejecting them nor clinging to them.
Let be, just let be.
This is all that is and all that's needed.

i find two drives inside. one wants to *want* to meet up with people, the other feels the same way about all experiences that I feel about eating wet cardboars. neither one is right but the one who sees experiences as wet cardboard usually wins. it sounds like there'd be more napping but there isn't.
super sick of the ego thinking it has some knowledge or answer to share. nobody cares or wants its projections. i don't even want it. the same i that doesn't want it is the i that's doing it. oh well. sick of reading Internet comments of people thinking they've grasped something. sick of comments. sick of people. dunno what to do. i saved a toad from a trash fire today. he wasn't hurt badly and was able to escape after he rested for a while. thanks for being here.

Its just the method of communicating ideas. The ego is a personal idea of the selfs identity. Its not an enemy, its just the map of the path. It doesnt need to be abandoned, kindled, it just needs to be seen for what it is. Its a thought. Once thats seen, transformation unfolds. As much as i admired non dual teachings for its poetic way of putting forward the observation and insight, it itself is just words communicating ideas. Same as the ego. Let go of the need to let go and just keep living.

So my sexual energy is from being lonely which is coming from the fantasy of having a partner. And the way to solve this is by seeing it as "just a dream"
I do feel a difference between "fantasizing" vs just spontaneously feeling aroused when I see someone attractive or when I'm spooning my girlfriend. The latter is more biological and the way to satisfy it is obvious, whereas the former is egoic and can never be satisfied, and frankly has acted as an obstacle to being "present" with my partner.

Sounds to me like your saying everything is ok, regardless of conscious understanding. That's a good frame to have to release a lot of stress. I've been more to myself socially and am in a inner building stage. Sexually there's experiences and fantasies I have and I'm ok with that. I enjoy visualizing and seeing things play out as they do in my imaginal acts. Freedom does feel nice and I feel its a spectrum for sure, since it means different things for all of us.

As we are pilling layers on the pathless path , struggle between our various bodies intensifies , while lower chakras & ego feel threatened . Our past sanskaras ( generational truma , fears , embodied frozen emotions ,desires etc) come out due to active kundalini energy.
Though on surface there is lots of physical , mental , emotional suffering , we will have to be persistent and firmly believe in ourselves and whatever happending is happenging for good
In ancient india yoga & tantra was taught to only capable students in secluded sacred place where under guru's guidance disiciples were passed through intense strict lifestyle .
Mantra , pranayama , prayers , charitable kind , compassionate acts ( feeding animals ) has tremondus powers to overcome any level of karma.
Sexual energy is extremely aggressive kundalini , you will have to channelize it upward with arduous efforts of many lifetimes , unless it will try to go downwards & out , there will be no way out.

Its simple natural and without any slightest force, intention and even knowledge because its so subtle ( quantum subatomic level ) so you cannot fake or make it.
Its divine grace and accumulated good karma of many lifetimes.
Each charitable act like feding animals, ants, birds is what purifies your heart and goddesses inside your heart initiate it. But if you try it will become too arduous full of physical pains, diseases ( due to detoxification ) emotional trauma, suffering. Chanting om mantra all the time will calm the mind, nervous system. Strict lifestyle changes are needed to facilitate body for this shift.
By enlightenment, one realizes balance is a universal order and thus may enjoy ur desires shy of attachments, not letting desires control U.
Hence why, greed, jealousy, lust, sloth, wroth, gluttony, and pride are deadly illusions named sins. Thxs 💚

Have you tried the forgiveness process from ACIM? It’s a simple process of slowly undoing one’s ego shadow patterns. It works best when done on a daily consistency.
Start exactly where you are. If that is with the thought that arises now, or a feeling, just start with whatever arises in this very moment. That is the doorway in.
