I disagree with you, pop needs to move on, the Spurs are doing a overhaul with youthful player's, on the team, it wouldn't hurt to do a overhaul on the head coach either.

@@ey3_Scr3am well unfortunately pop doesn't have the time to mold this team into a championship caliber team, it's going to take a couple of hiccups and adjustments to get this team into Championship mode, and for pop nearing his mid 70's doesn't have the time, he has had recent health issues where he has missed games, he has nothing more to prove regardless of however he goes out, he can't get no higher than the Basketball ball Hall of Fame which he will be receiving this summer, right now he's in the way of a youth movement, he needs to accept change, the coach that will eventually take his place will most likely change pops system, youth is not bad for a coach on a team, look at what's happening in Boston, as far as RESPECT, that something he will always have REGARDLESS, as far as a WINNING SEASON, who remembers WINNING SEASONS, everyone remember CHAMPIONSHIP SEASONS, and that's what a lot Spurs Remember about David Robinson, he retired a CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON, anything less than that for pop wouldn't seem justifiable.

@@abelmontalvo4052 I live in San Antonio and last I checked our population of 1,479,493 million as of this year and only second in the state of Texas behind Houston. But yes we are considered a small market compared to say LA with a population of 12 million.

A metro upward of 3 million people and a regional population of over 5 million people with adjacent Austin which overlaps the SA market makes the combined market one of the largest in the NBA. The Spurs play in Austin as well.
