  • A little bit more work on the rear hubs. they ended up looking quite professional if I dont say so myself!

    Bit by bit - this is a long haul. I'm working on the bearing housings so that I can prepare the horn plates

      I've decided to get the whole back axle complete. Wheels, differential, winch ect, before I move on to finishing horn plates 👌 They only require the fake aesthetic rivits put in and I can paint them and build up that whole rear unit.

      @@johnlintorn6768 Looking forward to seeing the differential construction. Are you cutting your own gears? I'm going to have a go at the straight cut gears.

      You can see the turning of the Differential hub and ring gear blank in one of my other videos. I will cut all the gears if I can fit them in my mill!

      @@johnlintorn6768 Of course, I forgot. Having the use of a large lathe is very handy. I will have to fit it onto the Myford - another reason for choosing a 2" engine?
