I’ve only officially been to crazy lobster, but I believe they are all very close to one another on the boardwalk. Crazy lobster is at the very beginning, so maybe start there and take a little walk to see what looks the best!
We and several others had lousy service at Blue Reef. We asked for Cokes three times over an hour and then went to the bar to get them and they only had diet. I have read several other negative reviews since then as well. Our trip was a year ago so YMMV, but I also read somewhere that Jaime wasn’t there anymore. I know he was at “the other location” the day we were there. That’s what the staff said.
The only thing I’ve ever paid for is food and drinks. Just make sure to order something and you should be good! I have seen people with wrist bands on, but I think it was from an excursion. ☺️

Can you pay with card for the taxi & crazy lobster? And did you bring your own towels?
I brought my own towel, I don't think they provide any. I usually pay with and recommend using cash. Hope that helps!
