Myanmar's Rohingya community is one of the world's most persecuted minorities who have been denied citizenship in their own country for decades. More than a million Rohingya are currently caught in a cycle of violence and poverty. Hundreds of thousands more are being denied access to aid in neighbouring Bangladesh. Why is this community such a pariah group? Guests: Mohamed Noor, Tridib Deb, Benjamin Zawacki.

History repeats itself. Shamed on those people who discriminate enthicity, cultures, traditions, beliefs, and religion. I am proud Filipino woman and though my country Philippines has an insurgencies issues as well like any other Southeast Asia neighboring countries we highly recognized and respect our ethnic indigenous majority groups. Because we are peace loving people, we acknowledged equal rights of our people, we promote good education to our indigent people for them to be literate, have a decent, comfortable and a good future. We Filipinos are so inloved with our FREEDOM. Freedom to choose, decide, express, and be recognized as a citizen of our respective homeland. Myanmar people have mercy on those ethnic group/s in your country. Make it a better, safe and secure place to live in. On behalf of my family/ies our prayers goes to all the victims in Myanmar. Whether you guys are Rakhine (Buddhist Monks) or a Rohinga ethnic people. The sweetest ultimate words are KINDNESS and PEACE.

Maybe the one who concern about the Rohingya plight should lobby their own government to accept the displaced Rohingya, rather blaming Myanmar or Bangladesh government for doing nothing.

Just sad this scale of violence and hostilities has happened to Myanmar. The Rohingya did have a liberation army which did not help their case for legitimacy. That just worsened the situation because they are historically brought into then Burma by Imperial Britain thus viewed always as illegal occupiers. Taking interest over the Rakhine Region and being a threat to Buddhist Myanmar are the main issues against them. The conflict is something understandable and we see other countries also facing the same divides however Myanmar can never justify ethnic cleansing as the right solution

How will you explain the migrated Chinese and Indian labors in Canada, Malaysia, U.S, U.K, Singapore and many more countries. None of the countries kicked their migrants out!! I've been living in Canada since 2006 and every morning I say the same thing, I'll go back to my country as soon as possible. But the truth is; it's never gonna happen. Unless somebody kick you out of the country. Check the news; how Burmese people are desperate to leave their own country. Let me know if you can't find it

subhadeep mandal you are right. I visited china and asked peoples in china that come from village, but now they have good life. actually base laws in their village area, they can born 2 child if their first child is girl but they don't want. I asked them why. they said they are afraid that they can not give food well and of course send their child to attend school.
but in my country in the refugee camp rohingya/ bangladesh peoples can add their children. stay in the camp and married native woman there and then they borned 3 children. he doesnt have a job. they are really selfiss, and bad parents.
