Thank heaps to u, I actually added a key to my f86 x6m today. At first I was a bit sceptical that it was that simple, but it all worked. Thanks once again from ur new subscriber.
I did not know my Autel could do, add a key on BMW like that.. Thanks Man. Ps good work holding keys, pushing buttons and filming all at the same time, that's some skill right there...👍
😂. Yeah it’s a new update. I was very excited about this one. Hate taking out the computer. Too much time wasted. In the end of the video you can see what models are supposed. And AKL I think possible too just need the ISM codes.
Thanks for sharing, I have been a locksmith over a year now but I have never done any Germany cars so please can you guide me where I should start from ? Thanks in advance
Check the one I uploaded to my channel those are very easy to do so if you get them and you have the tools you should go for it just make sure it’s the same thing.
Can you show us how to do the cars from start to finish like how you plug in the connecter and all because you do explain things well I just want to learn ins and outs
On this one connection was only OBD. Everything you see it’s from start to finish. The only thing I cut out was the waiting time for the percent to go up, but other than that you see everything from start to finish. Soon I will upload more detailed explanation about the topic not just how to so maybe there it will be more understandable for you.
It’s newer update. The tool does that OBD. No need to do anything before. Part of the process is preprocessing that takes about 10 minutes I think that’s what you refer.
@@legacylocksmith7874 Yes, I am talking to you about this because earlier this did not happen, be it FEM or BDC, one had to unlock it first. Only after that the further work was done.
Hello For bmw with cas3++ istap and fem i usually add key on bench by autel im 608. I usually use obd to add key for cas2 and cas3 But recently i noticed many locksmiths adding keys for bmw with cas3 istap and fem/bdc by obd im afriad to do it via obd. Is it safe to do it ? By obd ?
I also used to prefer doing all of those on bench, but I can definitely tell you in my own experience and all of my colleagues there is not any problem doing those OBD the only thing is you must maintain strong battery over 13V preferred for the entire process And do not touch the car while the process.
@@legacylocksmith7874 yes i did one obd and all was ok i maintained the voltage above 13V. I will start doing other via obd cause on bench it took more time. Thank you 🙏
So, if i buy a used key from ebay and use my AUTEL MK808S will it program a 3rd key? I have 2 keys currently working but i want a 3rd one for remote start purposes
How? What model? And what part you got stuck? Doing these kind of operation in OBD method, you must maintain power to the car and of course those job have risk that needs to be taking to an account.
You can definitely brick a car if you’re doing something wrong and you don’t keep all the proper measures of security and safety. When doing that I just wanna show that it can be done.

I’m happy you enjoyed. Thank you so much for your support.

AKL- ALL KEY LOST?
@rahimsterling3374 yes

What tool do you use to keep the battery at 13V?
I connect my car with high grade jumper cables
Can you show us how to do the cars from start to finish like how you plug in the connecter and all because you do explain things well I just want to learn ins and outs

Does the same work on the BMW X1 2017? Thank you
Check the list in the end of the video it shows all the models
BMW X5 F15 you need to register the reserve key, can you do it through the obd, is it safe?
Yes. It’s a newish update that BDC can add key via OBD. Feel safe just make sure you have stable 13V (more then 12V) at all time.
hello maestro. I also have AUTEL508S. I can add an AUTEL key to a BMW F46?
Only the models that using the BDC chip setups will be able to add a key OBD look in the end of the video for the complete list
I honestly love your work but make sure have a good camera angle so we can understand more effectively.thanks❤
We appreciate your thoughts, enjoy
Can the Xtool d7 s program keys to bmw ?
Unfortunately I’m not sure 🤔
Have you unlocked BDC before work??

@ankursood89 so no need that anymore. But this update is only for BDC. FEM not yet
@@legacylocksmith7874ok what's the best way to identify BDC and fem?

What is the AKL ISM
If all he lost better do with Mini ACDP
So, if i buy a used key from ebay and use my AUTEL MK808S will it program a 3rd key? I have 2 keys currently working but i want a 3rd one for remote start purposes
I don’t think you can program a used key
So where did you get your key?
@Rocke03 on this one’s I will normally use the BMW AUTEL universal key. Works perfect and you can always reuse.
I don't understand which battery I connected?
Like the one you would jump the car if it ran out of battery
After watching this video and trying it myself, I BRICKED A 2018 BMW. ARRRRRGH.
How? What model? And what part you got stuck?
Doing these kind of operation in OBD method, you must maintain power to the car and of course those job have risk that needs to be taking to an account.
Which model was it?
My autel say it only work for 2006/2013 bmw x5
Check the end of the video. I uploaded the update info. It’s a newer update you’re Autel may need update
Will this work on a 2017 330i?
No. 3 models using FEM. not BDC
@@legacylocksmith7874how do I tell what immo system they have without being with the car? Would it work with VVDI 2?
@@legacylocksmith7874wait so is this method working on BDC or on FEM? Because VVDI 2 can do FEM I know.
@Decreet this only for BDC. FEM always needs to come out unfortunately. Also, in the end of the video you can see what models are supported
@Decreet there is many charts on the Internet so you can see which one is BDC and which one is FEM
What if you don’t have a working key?
Then I recommend still using the old way of removing the computers and reading the ISM directly from the DME
@@legacylocksmith7874 oh so it’s no way you can do it all obd with a brand new key?
You can try but ISN must be read on bench in all keys lost as far as what Autel says
Something everyone is scaring me about is that you can make a brick out of a car using AUTEL. I see you can do everything using OBD///.
You can definitely brick a car if you’re doing something wrong and you don’t keep all the proper measures of security and safety. When doing that I just wanna show that it can be done.
