I have a “crazy stuck their dong in me” story, I was on vacation with a female friend of mine and had recently gone through a bad breakup, I went out without her one night and ended up at the boardwalk, I got to talking to this guy who was pretty cute, found out he was from a town about 30 mins from where I lived, and we exchanged numbers. Later on that night he wanted to hang out so we went for a long walk on the beach, made out a little in his car, got coffee and then went our separate ways. I made it pretty clear that I had just gotten out of a pretty horrible relationship and that my breakup had been rough and I wasn’t looking to seriously date anyone else. At first he seemed understanding but asked if I would still like to be friends, I told him sure and we stayed in contact over the next week. He flirted with me a little and I didn’t mind since I figured it was just in good fun. Then, out of nowhere, he texts me again talking about how he’s so excited about our relationship, yadda yadda. I was like “wtf are you talking about” and he lets it slip that he basically told everyone he knew (including his PARENTS) that I was his gf. I freaked out internally but calmly told him that I still wasn’t looking to date and needed him to respect me and my boundaries, to which he went fully off the rails and I blocked him. A day goes by and I get a text from a number I don’t know, I suspect it’s him and tell him to knock it off. Turns out, it’s one of his 14 YEAR OLD STUDENTS texting me, trying to get me to give the guy (his teacher) a chance because, and I quote, “Mr. ____ says he’ll give me an A in his class if you’ll go out with him”. Obviously I fully flipped shit, told the kid to lose my number asap and to please report this behavior to his parents/principal/etc. as it was not appropriate, and never heard from the guy again.

Yes, that part was quite amusing. Though the ex in that story sounds like he needs to be in some kind of institution.

I dodged a bullet with someone once. I was talking with this guy about 10 years ago, he was cute and funny. Had similar interests and conversation was easy. The red flag flew high and proud when I was going into class and at the time couldn't say anything as the teacher had a rule about taking the phone away if you were caught with it out. I'd had my phone on vibrate and kept feeling Every Single Message he sent. After class was over I apologized about not being able to respond. He responds with anger and controlling behavior and I nope out of that.

A friend broke up with me, she claimed I said I wanted her (sexually) behind her back. I never ever saw attraction to this girl, and I believe she isn't remotely good enough for me. I have a house, 2 cars, full time job, savings, and she had nothing. She sent me a text claiming I wanted her and we shouldn't be friends anymore. I denied this but she refused to ever talk about it. She comes to work and starts going off on other people that have nothing to do with our friendship. Whole store sees her acting wierd and comments.
Tldr Friend assumes I want her, breaks off friendship, then goes nuts on other people in store.
a non-comprehensive list of things my crazy ex did. was in highschool at the time
- lied about her age (I was 16, she said she was 15 but was actually 14) and only told me when I officially asked her out "so I wouldn't call things off just because of that"
- refused to tell her family about me until a while into the relationship. they weren't controlling or anything, she just didn't want me to interact with them
- on a similar note, tried to convince me her dad hated me when we got along fairly well
- got angry with me once because I was feeling insecure and told her about it. men don't have emotions apparently
- was extremely jealous and got angry when I tried to hang out with my friends. I'm bisexual and she didn't trust me with anyone.
- flirted with someone at a party (and possibly more), broke up with me to go after that person and then got mad at me when I said I didn't want to stay friends. direct quote: "if you loved me you'd stay".
- threatened to burn the jacket I left at her place (ended up asking her dad to find it and drop it off at my place)
- tried to contact me on multiple accounts, even made a new one after I blocked all of hers, MONTHS after we broke up
- then tried to message my friends and my sister to try to contact me
- threatened to show some of my racy photos/texts to my mum -both while we were dating to pressure me into doing stuff I didn't want to (like sex when I wasn't in the mood) and after we broke up
oh and the day of the party, we had spent the day together earlier and she seemed happier than ever but a few days later when she broke the news, claimed to have been miserable for a long time. There were absolutely no signs

I'm not bragging, rather putting into perspective the life of an alcoholic. Here was my daily routine;
-Wake up feeling shitty and try to stomach a FourLoco. Usually I'd puke about 1/4th in, then I'd be able to stomach the rest.
-Go to work
-Lunchtime, have another FourLoco
-After work I would have anywhere from 2-5 beers. I considered Steel Reserve 8.1% alc 40oz containers to be one beer each.
Then I'd wake up and do it again. My highest BAC recorded with the police dept was almost a 0.5, where most people are about dead.
One day I woke up and was tired of being a loser, I went to the Urgent Care and got some withdrawal meds and I've been sober about 5 years now.

Reminds me of a similar reddit recap vid about dudes rejecting girls. One guy said there was this one young woman who ignored his rejection and stalked him for a while.
So many of these remind me of my first, and only, partner (now ex). He got mad at me when he woke up before me because he couldn’t wake up to a good morning text, and if I didn’t text him all day every day he’d get mad. I got in trouble when I didn’t reply to messages fast enough, and he constantly called me stupid and made major decisions for me (including deciding that we were going to get married and adopt multiple kids). So, so happy to have finally gathered the courage to get out of that relationship. Never doing that again.

My younger sister tells super insane lies and not always to rip people off although most of them are for that reason. She carried on a "family" relationship with the grandma of a pretend baby that her pretend niece was giving up to her son and husband for adoption. She didn't get any money out of it, she actually spend her own money buying an "I love Grandma" newborn outfit. She really ripped the hearts out of that family. 😭 There are some really crazy people out there. I don't and can't understand my sister. I do stay as far away from her as possible which still isn't enough to keep me safe from her.
Sister or not, when your life is being hijacked you make a police report no matter what family says. They’re not doing her any favours. She sounds like a sociopath and clearly needs psychiatric help before she lands in jail for theft or worse. These people challenge themselves to see what they can get away with, constantly. I've been lucky. The only crazy ex thing I had done to me was my ex telling me her period is late for attention since I just entered a new relationship lol. The kicker is the ex is the one who broke up with me lol
It's so helpful that we can block a person & new accounts they create. It is so much easier now to just block, report, etc.
I know from experience how easy it is for men (or anyone) to harass, stalk, etc but I'm glad the law is catching up.

My abusive ex was controlling and got mad if he even thought I was looking at another man and accused me of even wanting his cousin. When I broke up with him while he was in the hospital for ODing, he said that it was wrong and that I was supposed to stay with him and help him even though he decided he wanted to OD and I was just over 3 years of being cheated on continuously and being accused of wanting someone else besides him.

Man I've had two crazies in the last 13 years. First one went nuts about the time we found out she was preggo, she wasn't too tightly wrapped before that but was tolerable, she would constantly accuse me of cheating even after she cost me several jobs and kept me home, she would check my deactivated phone for signs of cheating. Would dictate when and if I could shower/sleep. Right before I kicked her out she chased me half a mile from home with two knives while our six month old was left at home and her eight year old was with her. Both myself and her ex got full custody of our respective kids. The second crazy one said on our second date 'its me or the kid' about my child. Told her to go bang herself in a cactus patch. Lol, been single since and never happier. My kid is a well adjusted straight A student and is gearing up to become a second generation farmer. Couldn't be prouder of my kiddo and the 'mother' hasn't made any contact in the last six years and is sitting in a mental ward to avoid the $20,000 child support she owes. Can't say I care. She did a lot more but I'm not dredging up that muck.

*Thank goodness* I’m ace and keep myself to myself! No one can make me feel bad about being single because I have peace in my home and I’m happy and safe! And too many people are miserable at least on some level in their relationship. Not saying all-and I love seeing genuinely happy couples-but it’s not for me.
Oh my...my kids dad was so controlling and abusive. If I ran to grocery store to grab a few items and it took longer than what he thought it should, I obviously stopped to f !@# someone, even if I had my daughter with me, who he made me take thinking I would not be able to stop and f!@# someone if she was with me. He always accused me of looking at other guys packages (weird) of course I never did that, he accused me of sleeping with any man that I came in contact with. He would beat my ass for any perceived wrong I had done to him. The list goes on and on and on. Final straw: He attacked me while my babies were napping one day and had me pinned in a corner choking me. I was positive i had finally pushed him to kill me (of course i know now none of these things were my fault but these abusers gaslight their victims and abuse us into believing it is) and my little 5 yro son ran up behind him hitting the back of his legs crying and screaming to stop hurting his mommy 😢. Thank God he stopped. However, the next opportunity I had to make a safe escape with my babies, I did exactly that and went to a safe house. We left our home and all our belongings and only took the most precious cargo, my babies as I was sure he was going to kill me in front of my kids someday.

Let's call him R. R was also dating someone else (let's call them S) who was also dating him and G but then also broke up with R (polyamorous relationship). But when that happened R didn't make a thread on him.
R also harassed G because she caught him lying about something and he got his friends to harass her too. She begged them to stop but they didn't. She had trauma from her past and was very suicidal as well.
This caused her to get ill from the stress she wanted able to eat without throwing up. She took medication for the throwing up. She committed suicide a bit later. I miss her a lot. R didn't even care about it and left Twitter.
Apparently S is still friends with R. I don't know if they know the whole story though. But i wouldn't be friends with that toxic guy. I think he's single now so that tells you everything.

I set s ring tonr for her so that I knew who east calling. Eventually she got the message but it took around a year
I dated someone once I knew I wasn’t attracted to. I knew unless I tried Id never hear the end of it. Right away I knew, mistake. Big. Huge. He was crazy anyway. Crazy that some would call special. Just off the mark w social grace. Anyway I did what cowards do and just kind of avoided and lessened our time together. Away w a friend for the weekend (girl, just a weekend get away) he texts me and says just tell me. I know you’re not into it. No big deal, but let me know. So I went there, and said, I love you like a friend but I just don’t feel the romantic way blah blah. Dude went off. Called me every name he could think of. Wanted all his Christmas gifts back (no problem) and when I got home, every thing I bought him was on my steps. Were we 16? Nope 50. Friends for 20 years. He went stupid after that. Not because of me but we never recovered. I miss his friendship but wtf was that?

I didn't really have crazy like "I will kill you" crazy, but I remember my ex-bf did some razor cuts on his arm, then told everyone I broke his heart so bad that he felt suicidal (explaining the weird, angry looks I get when I went in my school club). Then he would tell them he was trying to win me back while he's dating this new girl. The worst part was, I was the bad person without even knowing what was going on. Also, he initiated the breakup with the reason of his grandfather not liking me.
When I was dating my boyfriend, now husband, it started to dawn on me why his friend was wary of me (he was good friends with my ex). As we got to hang out more, he realized that ex's story started to have more holes.

I know I was probably just as stupid 50 yes ago, but now I look at these posts and wonder, why?? Why would a person put up with being controlled by another person? Very few perks to getting old, but one of them is that you know who you are and your value. The saying " that you can't put an old head on young shoulders " is so true. I wish I could impart some if my "age" wisdom to all you young people. You would have a better/smoother ride through life.
My friends ex was v abusive. Would keep her hostage with a knife, chock her out beat her. She tried breaking up with him and he posted about her on fb. Found out he had tried breaking into her house. She was in the phone with her mom and she walks into the kitchen and sees him in her backyard. He runs up to the door punches one of the little windows to try and unlock the door but she had it double locked and started screaming. I rush to see if she’s ok and she doesn’t wanna call the cops on him… she got cameras installed. One night she was at her moms and got a notification from the camera. Someone drive into the driveway to the back where she lived. His mom comes up to the door leaves a bear, flowers a purse, shoes and a note. You can hear him on the phone with his mom telling her how to set it up…. He was nuts. Like stalker nuts. I felt so bad. Happy she finally moved on. He did a lot more. But there’s just so much I don’t know where to start.
