Have you been lucky enough to cycle up two of the most iconic and well known climbs in Mallorca? How did you get on, any goals for Sa Calobra? Leave a comment below and I hope that you enjoy the video! Gracias :)
Great to see you releasing videos on a regular basis Russ, sound and video quality were excellent, congratulations on improving your PB, determination mate! Really liked the scenery it was very beautiful, the climbs do not look too easy either, good workout there! Nice that you make an effort to say hi to all you meet, but hey that has always been you:-) Keep the videos coming my friend!
Thanks Gordon, I can't help but say hello to everyone! It really is an amazing place to visit on or off the bike and I met some great people. The video that will be out next week is one I've been waiting to edit for months. Hopefully you like it! Thanks again for all the support.
Great video Russ. 👍 Sa Calobra and cap formentor are fantastic. Cycling paradise. Nice to be in this vlog with my brother. Funny that we saw eachother before we met.
It certainly is paradise there Remy! I thought that was you when I edited it! Yes crazy that we met a few days later and I can't wait for that video to be out on the channel!
Smashing a PB by 10mins on SC is very impressive. What changed from last year ? Your Weight or holding more power for longer or both ? My PB is 50 mins and i what to try for mid to low 40's
Thanks. So I lost a few kgs and was back to my normal weight. I went there a lot fitter though, off the back of a consistent 6 months of riding 600-800 miles per month. I've never had any structure to my riding so without a period of working with intervals I don't know what I could do. Good luck with your goal, I tried to hold my ftp but missed it. I'll be back there for the 312 in April. Aim is sub 34 when I try it again....
Great work on the PBs! Also have you done the Talaia d'Albercutx on the Fermentor road? I want to add it to my lighthouse ride but don't know if best to do on the way out or back
Thanks, it was a tough day! I haven't, I think when I reference two segments flashing up that I was riding away from, must have been that. Certainly looks like one I should do next time.
Hola, yes it was a loop from Can Picafort, the link to the route is in the description so check it out! Enjoy the ride, I hope to be there in September too!
