  • How many times has this scenario happened to you - a great entry level position comes up in your job search. The company is respectable and well known, the requirements closely fit your skillset, and they pay is pretty good. But you get to the end of the posting - ‘Experience required -3-5 Years”. What gives? Why do entry level positions now require multiple years of experience?
