      Did you end up going?

    • @matthewcohen7488
      @matthewcohen7488 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have not. I actually planned to end up there on a Trip to Europe years ago, but sort of over planned an elaborate trip, and made it as far as Czech Republic, where I was going to take a bus then to Turkey, and was running low on cash and figured I be better off running out of money in Europe rather than further east.

    Nice video, guys. Ive been discovering vintage Turkish music lately, and this made want to visit Istanbul, since Im also a vynil records collector. Im looking for Psych/Funk/Anatolian Rock records from the 60/70s. Keep up and hope to meet ya there...

      rareblues78daddy That wasn't the theme of this video. Go learn about it yourself and stop whining.

    • @TheMattmatic
      @TheMattmatic 7 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Well, they were talking about record collecting and record shops with record collectors in Turkey. If that's insufferable to you, then maybe this channel isn't for you?

      @tommorgan6771 7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      It's about vinyl and record shop culture in Istanbul in case you missed the title - not about Turkish music.

      why so angry? go troll somewhere else. it's about record stores in general, not turkish music. angry, sad person

    Mete & Kaan are great guys and cool diggers but there are many 'gold' people in record bussiness. so i think that video is nice but way deficient. there were lots to talk about in the scene. what a missed chance.

    These guys are not Turkish people, they are not Mongolians, the are Europeans (Ionians) that change religion for obvious reasons.

    • @mustachio1401
      @mustachio1401 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      There are only few Turks that are descendants from Mongolians. Most of the modern Turks are either Greek, Georgian, Bosnian, Arab, Bulgarian etc.

      Look yourself in the mirror and tell if you look like a european or someone who came from the deep east asia, its so simple. Millions of people were living in the area wick now is modern Turkey and all that people didn't move out when The turks came in the region. Stay there by changing religion. As you know, people's characteristics in east Turkey are so different with the people living in west Turkey, in the coast of the Aegean sea. Open your eyes and see.
