seems like a great choice for when im not in my power armor. I am a PA build but I run around with it off to not waste Fusion cores. If this is light weight ill grab it to have something on when im out of the PA
You can buy the Chinese Stealth Armor with gold when you complete the main quest with Foundation or The Raiders, but I would suggest doing the mission that gives you the plans for free. My character carries her Stealth Armor around and wears it at Radiation Rumble to collect ore, it's good radiation protection. I mainly run a melee build, but I occasionally sneak around with Chinese Stealth Armor and a suppressed Fixer to pop enemy heads😄
I think it's called Chinese stealth armor cause it was introduced in Fallout 3, in the Operation Anchorage DLC, if i recall correctly, and it was something the Chinese soldiers used there. Not sure if it predates that in the older Fallout games.
