Omg thank you so much! It's been more than 24 hours that I've been in pain and discomfort from clogged duct. Your video was the only one that got to the root of the problem : the opening of the duct itself in the nipple. I found the culprit milk bleb blocking one opening right there, applied warm compress and cleaned it for a few minutes and voila. It was gone and a spurt of milk started coming out. Thank you so much!
Actually, depends on how clogged the tissue is, my clogs were building up for weeks without me knowing because it wasn’t hurting and I was still getting milk out. When I realised and started to feel discomfort, I had so many clogs. Took days to get them all out.
