So I haven't cooked the meat yet. This is the easiest way to tenderize beef for quick cooking. This method works for the most inexpensive cuts of beef. The secret is to use the one ingredient that every home has. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

▶ Recipe and ingredients:
800 g beef
1 teaspoon baking soda
Cover and let stand for 30 minutes
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chili flakes
tablespoon balsamic sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 spoon chili sauce
Rinse the meat several times with clean water to remove baking soda.
Dry the meat with a paper towel
Heat some vegetable oil
Quickly fry the meat on all sides
1 large onion
1 large pepper
Fry all the meat in this way
Fry the onion for a few minutes
Let it simmer for a few more minutes
Add meat and sauce
Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes
1/2 part coleslaw
6-8 radishes
250 g cherry tomatoes
Bunch of fresh dill
1 spoon mayonnaise, 2 spoons yoghurt
Salt, black pepper
Mmm...a delicious dinner in just one minute!

I think Korean way is healthier : they use Korean pear to tenderise the beef but our European pears don't have those necessary enzymes - so the second choice is either kiwi or even apple. Kiwi enzymes work really well. I use kiwi in marinate for beef to make bulgogi and it works really well. Thank you :)

Пробовала соду- потом ни какими способами из мяса ее вкус не удалить, после жарки мяса добавляла томаты или соус и все шипело и пенилось, так что не советую , все это фигня👎👎👎
