Recipes 1:
3 chicken breasts.
Salt and black pepper.
3 tablespoons flour.
3 tablespoons butter.
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3 cloves of garlic.
Fry the garlic for 2 minutes.
3 tablespoons honey.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Cook with the lid on over low heat for another 15 minutes.
Chives.
1 cucumber.
1 tomato.
Endive.
Salt and olive oil.
Coriander.

4 chicken breasts.
Salt and black pepper.
9 slices of cheese.
Store in the freezer for 2 hours.
1 cup dry breadcrumbs.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon salt.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 C / 350 F.
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt.
1 tablespoon mustard.
1/2 tablespoon honey.
1 teaspoon salt.

Recipe 3:
2 chicken breasts.
Salt and black pepper.
1 onion.
1 tablespoon butter.
Fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
1 clove of garlic.
1 carrot.
1/2 zucchini.
Add the zucchini and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.
200 g cabbage.
Thwart.
1/2 tablespoon butter.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.

Recipe 4:
6 chicken thighs.
Salt.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
1 tablespoon butter.
Fry for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
1 lemon.
1/2 cup water or chicken broth.
Black pepper.
Cook with the lid on over low heat for 30 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking.
4 potatoes.
Sunflower oil.
Fry over medium-high heat for 15-18 minutes, the time will depend on the type of potato used.
If you like, you can add 1/2 teaspoon of curry to the chicken; it goes very well with the lemon.
Add some salt to the potatoes and you're done!
Coriander.

Thanks for making this & sharing it with us! 😂A lot of good take aways here…. I had forgotten how butter browns chicken so nicely. It’s maddenly S L O W, but if you put your finger low center & press down gently it plays @ 2X. It helps. Or if you put your finger center bottom pressing down lightly going upwards, a bar comes up and you can scan forward.
There’s a lot of good stuff in here! Just got to get to it.

The tomato didn’t look very ripe to me
It’s a “Heritage” tomato. It doesn’t have to be bright red to be ripe. Commercialization of tomatoes has limited our choices. Shop at a natural foods store & you’ll find lots of great stuff to try!
