Labour would probably be something like £80-90 per hour for an independent garage, and £150-200 per hour for a main dealer, both with VAT on top. Job should take no more than 30 mins. This car had failed its MOT (required annual inspection in the UK) and the customer was only interested in replacing the rear suspension spring to get the car road legal again.
