Hello Sir, I watched your video regarding American Flyer transformer repair…. I’m hoping you can explain the “handle operation” of these types of transformers……I have a smaller 16b and the transformer works, but the “deadman” operation baffles me. I’m assuming when you lift the handle it’s supposed to cut the power to the track regardless of where the power control is sitting?! It does occasionally, but more often than not it doesn’t!! May I ask you to explain its correct operation, and what if anything I can do to correct its operation if in fact my transformer is faulty? I will appreciate any help you can provide!!
