Enjoyed this very much! Hard to find a podcast that isn't all about sweaters! Although I don't often find myself wearing them, I knit a LOT of shawls (and other accessories). They are such a fun relaxing knit. And even more enjoyable with beautiful yarns. There are several you shared I'll be looking up, so thanks for the inspiration.
Beautiful parade of shawls! I added a couple to my Ravelry favorites. I've knit a few shawls and am currently working on the Silver Birch shawl - which is Mosaic knitting (so fun!). Thanks for sharing all your shawls with us!
Those are some beautiful shawls ! I can relate to the 'find your fade' - mine is in the drawer.. Much as I love the yarn it's knit in, I have absolutely no clue how to wear a giant blob like that 🤔
GM Amanda Your sweater you are wearing is amazing on you ❤️❤️❤️ All the shawls are gorgeous.. the colour choices are beautiful haven’t made one yet Don’t know how much I’d wear one But making myself be a priority next year 2024 that I make myself somethings I make for everyone else but nothing for myself Love your pods 😊always !! Have a great rest of the week Until next time 😊💝
Thank you for sharing your shawls. I just ordered the Salt and timber book from Laine Publishing. I’d like to knit her Cape Lookout Shawl too. You do such beautiful work.
I’ve only knit one shawl in my 3 knit years so far and it took me half that time to finish it 😂 probably would’ve helped if I’d gauge swatched -and- used the correct weight but cie la vie 🤷🏼♀️😂 (campfire cozy by Espace tricot)
thanks for this wonderful shawl parade. It was very impressive🌻
My pleasure!

Such a lot of beautiful shawls - you should definitely sew in your ends and start wearing them with pride! They are wearable art! ❤

Once I wrap it around myself enough I look like I'm being smothered lol
Beautiful Masterpieces 💚💙🖤
Thank you so much!
Love your shawl collection... I've been hunting for the right one for my sister and think I may have found it in here😊
Oh! Which pattern?!

Won’t know how you feel about them if you don’t try! I feel like triangle shawls are great as you can wear them as a nice cozy scarf as well!
Love seeing all your shawls. I’ve never done short rows so maybe I should try the Bendy Arrow?!
Ohh yes! That would be a great place to start! (If I remember correctly, that was 6 years ago now 🤣)

Ohh you’ll love the book! Lindsey is an amazing designer!
The colors on the Find Your Fade might not be a fade but they are lovely. Pretty sure Andrea would heartily approve! :)
Awe thank you!
Love this video, would love to see you do this with other categories too! I’m an aspiring shawl knitter, I just find them intimidating!
I’ll definitely have to sometime! Though my sock and sweater collections are so large I might have to split up the videos into parts lol

lol I feel you. They just don’t seem like projects that are as detrimental to swatch for so I don’t! 🤣🤦♀️
Just wondering if you could do a tutorial of how you do your cuffs . I know you say something about German short rows. Thank you
