Drifter is my favorite starting class. I enjoyed the support, the killing and managing those trackers. However, Meteor is my favorite FH character so far.

Your "mate" appreciates that he plays the classes you don't like

Guess where you are after where you put Fist. ;)

Look... Let's both be honest with ourselves... Fists belong in the bottom......
      Wait...

Prism is a bit more big-brained, but it's a brilliant class to play. I've seen others rate Prism top tier, but as you said, it's not going to be for everybody because it's fiddly with all the moving pieces.

Prism is a class I admire a lot. When I watched my mate play it I was in awe.
I could never do it justice, but a very cool class concept.

    Nice video!
We are about 75% in our FH campaign now and we have not played/unlocked Kelp, Drill, Astral, Shards, Trap and Prism.
After seeing you're video, would you say that this is a tier list according to power level (which are usually what tier lists are used for) or also more of a personal liking tier list?
Anyway my two cents on the classes:
I've played (in order): Boneshaper, Kelp, Shackles, Bannerspear (currently)
Boneshaper: It seems that it has potential and I felt like it was one of the classes where I had the idea that it was strong at low levels instead of higher levels where some classes really shine (looking at you Meteor). The summons (especially skellies) seem too brittle when playing on adventure level 5/6/7. They just get eaten. Also both masteries seem like 2 of the hardest ones in the game, especialy for a starting class. For me, this class is B class to Bin....
Kelp: In our campaign, this thing was an absolute beast. I can understand people not liking the tide mechanic as much but man... Shuck is just a card that combined with Tide and 1 or 2 potions can clear an entire room. The Kelp is tanky, flexible enough and can shred through (armored) enemies. I really liked this class a lot! Our party would definetely rate it S tier.
Shackles: I agree with your point that this character is really unique. The whole shenanigan thing with the status really was pulled me into this character but on playing it for several scenario's, i could not make the status thing work. It hinders you too much on the turns you dont have Delayed Malady and the setup does not equally value the rewards it gives so i think a status build for this character at higher lvl's is not feasable. The pure damage thing however... wow... this hero can shred all those rough high armored enemies like paper. Together with enormous amount of (self) heal made it that i went from 20 hp down to 5 and back to 20 multiple times in a scenario. Amazing tank, good ddmg dealer, really fun character. Agree that you put it on S tier or maybe low S.
Bannerspear: Not much to add what you already said. The formation and banners are fun but nothing out of the ordinary. I built mine with enormous amount of shield and retaliate and it can frontline for days, especially since we have Snowflake in our team which gives an neverending amount of heal and protection. I would put this at a solid A.
Meteor: Like you said, struggles at lower lvls to the point of being almost useless in our scenario's but since he passed lvl 5 (and gotten the hang of abusing enemy AI with hazardous terrain), the Meteor really shines. His lvl 7 and 9 cards are extremely powerful and let you roast entire rooms. Cool class and i can see why you put it S tier.
Blinkblade: Absurd class, the amount of dmg, movement, flexibility while still being survivable is uncanny. Our party would put this class above everything else at SS tier. With the right items, this class is an unstoppable train. In one scenario with a boss, our blinkblade had 3 turns in which he did over 30 dmg while being lvl 7 and we play average scenario + 1.
Death Walker: Really mobile class and actually helped us finish scenarios because of his ability to let us teleport through shadows. Can be a little overwhelming to play right as a starting class but quite all round. Regular A tier.
Drifter: I can completely see why you put it in S. Only one of us played it and (coincidentally) retired early because of an easy quest but he felt the same as you did. There is nothing special about this class which not makes it boring specifically but you don't get the feeling of doing awesome stuff. Power level wise its Low A/high B but funwise, its at the bottom.
Frozen Fist: My friend loved this class but the problem I have with this class is kinda what you described. You HAVE to play One with the Mountain or the class is just out of gas too soon. While having extremely powerfull cards and turns, you simply cannot play this class without One with the Mountain at 3 or 4 players. I played it a few times at 2 player without OwtM and because of the lower enemy count, it feels managable. But I really dislike classes which kinda forces you to HAVE to play 1 or 2 cards every scenario or HAVE to get a certain perk to make it work. Shackles had this kind of perk, Meteor also kinda and there a probably a few more. While i like the way FH designed these characters, it sometimes feels meh that you 'can not' go another route because you the sacrifice in power/flexibility is too great. Powerwise i'd put it at high B, maybe A for short scenario's put funwise, straight to the bin.
Snowflake: My friend is playing this now as a pure support class since we have Meteor and Bannerspear for damage. This class can absolutly heal/prevent LOADS of damage in a scenario. Together with some push pull mechanics and a strong summon, this class feels bonkers in a 3 or 4 player party. I'm curious what people can do with this class if they went full dmg. Definetely S tier for us, both funwise and powerwise.
Geminate: Only played shortly by one of my friends who felt way too overwhelmed by the tight decisions you had to make and he is a smart guy, who enjoys playing a lot of heavy boardgames. He retired very early so i cannot really judge the class that much. I would maybe like to play it someday.
I'm close to retiring and will probably play prism next. I like playing with summons and I'm really curious if i would bin it as well.
Hope you liked my overly long write up :D

That was a really fun read, thanks for writing it.
Yes the list is based on how the character felt not only in the campaign that we played, but also my feelings towards the character even if just observing. My lists will never be based on powerlevel, but more knowledged content creators who have crunched the numbers will provide those.
Also you mentioned Kelp but I believe you meant Coral :D
Totally try Prism my friend. I think its a fascinating class, I just know if I played it, I would end up hating it.

So if you haven't unlocked those - you're probably a bit less than 75% there. The campaign endgame takes a while to get to - usually somewhere in Year 4 - and won't unlock without the puzzle book. Unlocking all classes will be inevitable before finishing the campaign :)

@@dwarf74 You might be right, its just a guess based on gut feeling (and a bit of an estimate) We have unlocked and completed the entire puzzle book though and only have 3 classes locked.

So classes are F tier if they feel too simple for you to play AND if they are too hard for you to play. That makes the whole tier list unussably biased towards your personal skill level. I didn't learn anything from this video.

Hey sorry to disappoint. it was stated it was a personal list in the desciption.
Rage Badger and other content creators have all the power tier lists.. so go forth and learn!
