With all other costs involved plus the mortgage itself, this place is approx $177,250 PER MONTH not including utilities and maintenance. So figure, it'll cost $200,000/MNTH to live here.

This is one of my favorite mansion here in New Jersey but this is not the only expensive mansion in New Jersey. Look online for Crocker's Darlington Mansion in Mahwah, New Jersey, that mansion is much expensive than The Stone Mansion. I actually love both mansions and I have to say, you guys are lucky to have visited there. Thank you so much for sharing your point of view of this amazing mansion for us all to see. Yea it says that online but the crockers mansion is alot older but they are both the same price. The mahwah mansion needs a lot a renovations to it that’s why no one is ever gonna buy it
@@AnwarAlkz They had added a spa room, lounge room, wine cellar room, massage center at the spa room, a beauty salon, and a home theater is a new thing that is being added to the mansion. It is still an expensive mansion than the Stone Mansion, it is not abandoned if that is what you're trying to say, there are no damages in and around the mansion. It is in a good and regal kept condition. The realtors or whoever is responsible for the Crocker's Darlington Mansion possibly hire cleaners to keep the mansion clean, the purpose is to keep it in its original charm that is why no one hasn't bought it yet because it is that expensive because it is a large size historic mansion and plus an addition to the spa room, lounge room, wine cellar room, a massage area, a beauty salon, and a home theater that's how the appraisal works. I should know because I read and watched videos about that mansion. The Stone Mansion and The Crocker's Darlington Mansion are two mansions that I plan to visit. I still thank you for sharing this great video. :)

In order to live here basically own this house you would need to be worth around $300mil it is beautiful but i just think some homes are just ridiculously too big ! i mean for real even a family of 5 or 6 this house is just too big ! the cost of cleaning it would be at least 50k a yr yes add the taxes the heating ,lighting ,landscaping forget it yes you would be stupid rich to live here! homes like this are built yes for the wealthy but i mean what is it the wealthier you are the bigger your ego is so you need this much space to house it in ? lol i guess
